This computer may or may not be good. This is the second one that I got from best buy. Had to return the first on because it would not let me set up the computer until I put in the code for windows 10. Seeing how it was preinstalled I didn't have a code so I had to return it. I figured that it was just a glitch and everything would be OK with the second one. Best buy sent it out right away and I didn't have the same issue I had before. Now that I got a working computer I have found that windows 10 is worst than windows vista. I have so many issues that I don't know where to begin. the latest issue is that I can not print my emails. The only way I can get it to work is to copy the email and send it to myself. After that then about half the time then I can print the email but it is random. This is not very handy. If I hadn't let the 15 day return period expire last week I would take it back and buy something that doesn't have windows 10

My teenager has had a lot of problems with this computer

Last three computers have been Dell. Price has gone up and quality down.

I got this computer for my mother she loved the computer

first one had a strobe light affect and would freeze up, took that one back and best buy order another one.when I got 2nd one I was setting it up and it started the strobe light flickering again.3 days later its telling me to activate windows when its supposed to have windows 10 already.you can not activate windows without a key code number.so taking 2nd one back and trying a open box item.

My 6 year old Dell Inspiron finally gave out so I saw this unit on sale at Best Buy and went right in to buy it. High quality processor and a huge 2 TB hard drive. Was a little reluctant to use the integrated video but was surprised by how crisp the video is. It does have a PCI Express 16 slot to upgrade to a high end video card if needed. First experience with Windows 10 and love it. Computer boots quickly and in the week I have used it, I am totally pleased with it.

This is a very powerful computer for a great price. It met and surpassed all of my wants and needs for a whole lot less than other models with specs that didn't even come close to this one. The computer itself was very easy to set up and the keyboard and mouse it came with work great. Set up was very easy and I had it up and running in about 10 minutes. The computer runs very quietly and I've had no problems at all with it so far!

I've had dell product before and not a problem. This one no luck. Experienced error problems from the get go. Sorry had to return and get a different model not Dell.........................................

Bought this computer/monitor in a package deal. It was a good price and I'm happy with both the computer and monitor. What I didn't know - and it's entirely my fault as I'm not up on the latest tech - is that the monitor and computer are not entirely compatible. Yes, they work together if you use the supplied VGA cable. Of course, that really limits the video quality. The monitor also comes with a DVI cable and DP port but the computer has neither. So, to get the best performance, you'll need to buy a HDMI to Displayport (DP) adapter. And, this is important, make sure it's that way. Don't get DP to HDMI. Apparently this isn't a bi-directional thing. The source must be HDMI (computer) to the DP-capable monitor. And they aren't cheap. So, while it's my fault for not understanding that, you'd think the Geeks at BestBuy could find a more compatible package that would work optimally out of the box. Shame on you guys. Minus 2 Stars on Best Buy (not the computer/monitor) for that and I would not recommend this particular package because of it the substantial cost of the adapter.

I purchased an open box Dell and inherited the previous owners problems. I was not allowed to return even though I have had it worked on several times. Very disappointed. Will probably look elsewhere for next machine.

I have bought and returned 3 computers in past 2 months. I bought this one and it is a dream come true! Instant response, super quick browsing and very nice to interact with. I don't feel like My privacy has been invaded and it isn't annoying me to buy more things!!! Don't hesitate. My game works excellent on it and even the more expensive computer I bough and returned couldn't

well let me tell you its a great computer so far . i got my computer yesterday on the 24th and its powered on and off at least 5 times just testing it and updating it seems to be a perfectly working computer its snappy fast and i believe it will handle what i need to do in my line of work photo editing and graphic design its seems to have alot going for it in negative reviews but overall i will treat it with care and hope for the best other then that its a great computer for a open box special and the price was well worth it

I have not yet put this computer to the full test, but I have had no problems and it seems to work fine. The problems that I do have are not with the computer but with Windows 10. I waited 2 yrs to get a new computer because I did not want Windows 8. I have not had any big problems but with every OS that Microsoft puts out I have less and less control.....and I absolutely hate that. I will go ahead and give 5 stars because this is not about the OS but about the computer that works great and has plenty of everything.

Fast and very large hard drive. Checked at the Dell site and other locations this was a great price.

I bought thie Dell - Inspiron Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 2TB Hard Drive - off what I call the scratch and dent table at Best Buy. It''s a table in the middle of the store which has returned, open box, and clearance items at reduced prices. I paid about $350 for this computer which is still over $500. I had several problems with it, but it got to the point where Dell sent me a box and I returned it to them and they installed and repaired whatever was necessary and now it works flawlessly. A great bargain for the price!

This was a great buy! Great size monitor, very fast with lots of memory all for a very great price....no regrets!!!!

Initial setup of this PC was great. Good processing speeds. Love the look of Windows 10. Smooth install of other software. 4th day running the system Auto Updated Windows 10 and now big problems. Updates took hours (even with 100Mbs internet connection speeds). After updates, screen randomly goes black, and start menu doesn't work at all. Very frusterated. Will have to spend some time to find fixes or take back to store.

Seems to run really well . I haven't owned a desktop in years. Hooked up to all of my perefirals fine. Av receiver, tv, note. ect. Has plenty of connections . So fast to stream videos no problems . Some issues with transferring photos from note5 to it, but just got both units.

For the most part the pc is running well. I've only had an issue with the Ethernet cable and the comp saying not connected. I switched it out and, everything seems fine for now......
