I'm a computer guy. I bought this computer for home use. It was a great deal. It does the trick and the transition to Windows 10 has not been too bad but I still feel I would prefer Windows 7. Regarding the computer, I am not impressed with the performance and with the specs on this computer I expected something better. My guess as to why this computer does not go as quick as one might expect is that Windows 10 is more ram and processor intensive. I have not got around to researching this, but I will. I like the computer, again the performance seems to be a let down.

This combo of processor, RAM, and hard drive with Win 10 do a nice job of getting around quickly. Just remember to turn on all four processors! It's set to one for some reason. The Best Buy telephone rep was great to work with.

Easy to set up and so far leaps and bounds better than our old PC.

Took my old computer to the Geek squad, (service plan), for a serious problem. It needed a motherboard. Decided to replace the 4 year old HP. I compared prices and found this Dell on sale at Best Buy. I've always had a good experience with Dell and so far, so good with this one. Geek was helpful & informative. Salesperson the same.

I replaced a Dell e310 with xp it was 10 years old so quiet a update the new machine is a lot faster screen is a lot clearer I am running Dell 23.8 inch screen with it we see if I can get another 10 out of it so far so good

I don't do a lot of things with my computer. Word processing and such. Took a bit to get used to Windows 10 but I'm coming along with it. My old machine broke after many years, it still had Vista on it so figure it out. My husbands computer broke the week before and this is the same one as he got. Very happy with it so far.

It is fast and I can easily multiple applications at once. Windows 10 took a while to get used to and I still think I like Vista better. What I miss on this computer are the keyboard buttons to open the CD drive, open the email, etc., which were on my old HP which this replaced.

I did a fair amount of research on new PC towers before I made this purchase, and I was a little skeptical of Dell. But so far so good! No issues to report and no slowing down. It's been a speed demon!

This I5, with 12 gigs of RAM, is the fastest and most powerful computer I have ever used. It suits my business and personal needs excellently. I would give it 5 stars if it had USB 3.0 on the front of the box.

Runs quiet. Quick response time upon opening several different sessions. Real good upgrade crom 5 year old prior computer. Uses are for working remotely from home, personal home use (email, online shopping, gaming for kids, and Microsoft Office applications).

I purchased an open box. Great computer but i found out a month later that it was missing 8 mb of the 12 mb rams. I didn't bother to go back to the store about it and just ended up upgrading to 16 mb. So be sure to check whenever you purchase a computer.

This is a very nice computer for the money. Nice speed and hard drive. The new windows operating system is different but ok after you get used to it.

This is an excellent desktop PC. It is fast, and has a huge hard drive. Windows 10 comes with this purchase, It is very easy to adapt to this version. The ability to sync to other devices makes this PC a solid base for all of my activities. I would recommend this PC to anyone who needs a PC.

When my computer suddenly stopped working I immediately went to Best Buy to get a replacement. This model was the one that was recommended to me so I purchased it. Easy to set up and great price. I'm happy with my purchase.

Being a "senior" , aged 67, I'm not up on the latest electronics. I had a decent refurbished Dell but it was slow and made funny noises. So I bought a brand new one. Now this thing screams! But it is still the great basic PC with everything I need... and nothing I can't figure out!

Love the computer. I was concerned about Win 10 but it seems to be relatively easy to use. The computer is fast and my only concern is that the hard drive is a little noisy. Lots of space for storage. Deleted the McAfee because I already had paid for another program.

I needed a new P.C. after my very old one just decided to give up the ghost. I researched different computers that were in my price range and this one was by far the best bang for the buck. So far so good.
