We bought the computer, set it up and started working. No problems with a dell. I have bought over 15 dells in the last 10 years and have not had a problem with any of them.

Last desktop i had was a Dell p4 from 2001. Last about 10 years. Went to a laptop which was good until my son got old enough to play games. He overheated often and complained that the games were lagging. So I thought time to go back to a desktop. Its so quiet compared to the laptop. Its my first experience with Windows 10 so it's a work in progress but it seems great so far. Haven't had a whole of time with it but it perfect so far for the games and homework my son is on it nightly. He says it's awesome. So that's good enough for me. Hope I get another ten years out of this Dell too.

I had the older version of this desktop and it lasted many years, more than I expected. The video card recently went out so I decided to upgrade I did buy a new video card and the old desktop is still ticking fine.

Ordered from Best Buy website as a new in box. Computer was an obvious store return. Unit was in perfect condition all the accessories were there and the computer works perfect! No issues

5th gen quad core, 12 gbs mem and 2 tbs hard drive. More then enough power for a home computer. No complaints at all.

This system is just what you expect from Dell. It sets up easily, runs well, and *doesn't* come with tons of applications that no one wants. It has been running flawlessly since I turned it on, and I expect it to continue to do so.

Would recommend this computer to anyone working with the internet and doing things not requiring big processing speeds. Overall, great computer.

A big improvement over the system it replaced. Much faster even considering the age of the old unit. Windows 10 is a little challenge to get used to but not a big problem.

I was looking for a replacement PC since mine had bit the dust. I located an OpenBox item in the store which met my needs. The BestBuy team was helpful and answered all of my questions.

I use this computer for home and my kids use it for school. We all love it.

Great for a person who is not a serious computer person. It has easy to use controls. I wish it had ports to run two monitors however.

This is a good machine for our family - school work - small office stuff - limited games - internet use. We have had it for a month now and have had no problems.

I bought this computer to store and manage digital photos. Windows 10 works well for that, and the computer is very fast.

I bought this computer when my old one crashed and I needed a new one immediately for school. While the Windows 10 took a little bit to get used to, the overall speed and functionality of this computer is great.

Very fast and lots of room for storage of pictures and music. The only problem I see is the expansion bay is very small which could make it harder to upgrade

This PC is good for web browsing, creating documents, and for online gaming (like minecraft). Windows 10 is great also!

Good computer for basics. Not a high end graphic or sound machine. Tower is conveniently small but it restricts airflow so it must be in an area of good ventilation.

It was easy to get set up. I like Windows 10. Went to shore, they did not have it in stock. The sales person assisted with ordering on line. We received it in 3 days.

Computer easy to use and does what is asked. Was somewhat difficult to set-up, but we had all new pieces (Computer, Monitor, Printer, Keyboard, Mouse, Router, and Modem) Finally got it all going.
