Defective
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did all the updates and started the "set up your computer" process when suddenly the entire screen on the monitor started turning different colors, one right after the other. this went on for about 8 mins and I called the Geek Squad and they had me restart the computer and the "one moment please" screen came on and was still there 15 mins later. They told me to just take the computer back to Best Buy. Best Buy was GREAT about giving me a full refund on the computer.
