Have had this PC at home for almost 2 years now. No problems and it still boots up and shuts down pretty quickly.

Outlook doesn't work, cortana doesn't work, apps store didn't work. Power module blew the first week. Spent hours and hours on line with several different sites to try to fix it and still no luck.

I am new to Windows 10 and struggling to use my computer. With that said the computer itself if good. The handler is an old dog with a new trick.

I use Windows Media Center to record TV shows over the air. My desktop died, so I bought this to replace it. When I found out the latest version of windows does not come with Windows Media Center I returned the desktop and will be looking to repair my old one.

It's an Intel Core i7 but it's a bit slow for the spec. Web searching is gets really slow even though I added 2 GB stand alone video card.

This was a great deal on Black Friday weekend! It has a wonderful processor, and all the basics a casual user could need. The integrated graphics would be enough to get you by if you don't play anything too demanding. The power supply is your basic 300-350 watt consumer PSU, which means you will need to upgrade if you want to put a new graphics card in. When doing so, space is a little limited, so you will need to be sure to measure the available space against the card you consider. The computer stays relatively cool under light computing with one 92mm exhaust fan. Unfortunately the case uses a plastic snap lock to hold in the graphics card or other PCI-Ex attachments, no holes for screws. Even if you manage to get it closed, it isn't comforting to know your card may not be held safely. I consider this a serious flaw. -2 stars because if you wanted to fix this, you need a new case or to tap holes, nobody wants to drill holes into a new computer just to get a card secure.. Getting a case would require a new motherboard, as Dell uses unique headers for the power button and USB , as well as a new OS because the OS is linked to the motherboard. All in all it is a great computer, if you just need it for basic tasks with no plan of upgrading anything. However if basic tasks are all you need it for, you really don't need an i7.

I upgraded my WiFi with comcast and have blast package and wasn't getting full speed so I bought this computer and with i7 processor am getting the full speed with a little extra.I set up in about 15 minutes and with Dell assistant that is pre-installed that protects all software and hardware issues.there is no power issue as stated in the other review.this computer is a good black Friday purchase since most electronics sold on black Friday is old outdated electronics .I buy alot of electronics and this computer is fast for gaming and I saved 320 dollars with the monitor that's 1080hp.

I barely got this computer about a day ago. Set up was a breeze, only about ten minutes! Super fast, I downloaded some few things, and downloads were super fast too. I have it wired to my network. Love it already. Can't wait to play with it some more. Every app or program opened up quick. Highly reccomend!!
