Well worth the money we paid. First time using Windows 10, wasn't sure I would like the change from Windows XP but Windows 10 is awesome!

After a Small glitch, it works perfect

After sliding off the cover, I found the hard drive wasn't plugged in. I plugged it in, and it's been working perfect since.

Not enough processing speed

Have to disable some programs from starting up automatically because they drain resources. I find that not all Best Buy staff are adequately trained or knowledgeable enough about their products and are not able or curious enough to discern the tech savvy of customers in order to help them make the best purchases.
