Got this "open box", which I believe just means exactly that. I took a chance..set it up, Windows 10. BAM! Fast, efficient, easy to maneuver. Kinda wish I needed a new computer.

Excellent computer for elderly parent!

It has all the computing power she needs at a reasonable price and it keeps her brain active and engaged. Best Christmas gift ever and she absolutely loves it!

Love this PC

This unit is only 1/3 the size and stays much cooler. I should have done this years ago. The graphics are good, but not great, and it is much faster than my old unit. For anything short of aggressive gaming this is an excellent product.
