Seems to be a good product only had for a week, but very fast processing seems to run like a normal laptop, but much smaller and easier to handle.
External dvd drives work fine with it, haven't tried movies yet but again it's built for ease of use and internet browsing, not really for entertainment.

Love this netbook. It has a nice screen and keyboard. I got it in black but the bottom of the netbook is white; it would be much better if the bottom was black too. I use it for everything: school work, videos, and etc and I carry it everywhere too.

We just got this netbook and it's awesome! It's perfect for work, Photoshop (I'm a photographer), etc. Only complaint; I can't get the colors quite right on the monitor. Still, it's a great computer and we love it!

Trackpad is the dealbreaker

I bought this netbook to be used as a true netbook. Casual internet surfing and light book reading. The problem that caused me to return the netbook was the trackpad. The design of this one is basically unusable IMHO. Trying to select the left-click caused the mouse pointer to move up about 1/4 an inch each time. No matter how close to the bottom I got, I could not seem to get it figured out. I thought at first it might have been a high-speed trackpad like on the MacBook, but it's not. You still need to left/right click in a specific piece of real estate on the track pad itself since there are no dedicated buttons for this function. After a few attempts of use and frustration, I decided that it needed to be returned. I did not have to pay the 15% restocking fee since I explained to the CSR the problem with the trackpad and she said I was not the first.
I suppose I could have used a USB mouse, but then that defeats the purpose of the netbook.

I purchased my netbook because it was doesn't weigh a lot. I can take it with me when ever I need. Which is not often. But I have that option. The key pad is easy enough to use. I did purchase a small mouse because I like the functionality of a mouse better. I would recommend this product to other people.

I paid over $500.00 w/ the anti-virus installation extened warranty, carry bag and tax, not to mention the extra $150.00 I will have to pay to purchase the windows 7. It was frustrating at first, nothing I had on my USB was compatible, I had to go back to the store to for the Geek squad to resolve it...they're just great! I can't change the screen appearance but I'll get use to it! Overall its nice how everyone in my house wants to use it and I get lots of compliments at my job!

Wireless fails often

Hello,
My dad bought this Netbook for me and the first month it worked perfectly, but then I started having problems with the wireless connection.
First I thought it was my wireless modem, so I tried other computers and even took the Netbook to some friend's houses and the problem persisted. It logs on and off very often.
I have a 2 year protection plan, I hope they can fix this.
