A good investment

With Windows 11 I want to learn what I can about the benefits. When I downloaded a Windows update, however, it threw me off the Wi-Fi. Once resetting things, It is fine. I would recommend this laptop!

Not for use with docking stations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you plan to use this laptop with a docking station and multiple monitors, over a period of months it becomes useless. I have gone through every troubleshoot (Dell, Microsoft, etc) and it will not stop shutting down the monitors. You may go through weeks where this doesn't happen but when it does it can last for an hour of constant reboots and logons before the monitors will stay on. I have spoken with other Dell laptop users and this experience is not unique.

Poor experience with Geek squad however. 5 to 7 day time to convert from my old laptop when they only need two hours to perform the work. Can’t be without it for that long

Interest tabs closes arbitrarily and you can’t restore data when this happens.

Wouldn’t turn on

Geek squad took it apart and then still assumed I would want to take it back. I quickly got a refund and went with another dell computer that was cheaper and works fantastic
