Overall good but the speakers are normal not that great

We are happy with the laptop, but the delivery was very disappointing. The Roadie driver is not dependable at all. Had a story as to why he couldn’t deliver on the day promised, then he could deliver the next day, then he couldn’t, then we couldn’t get a straight answer from the Roadie customer service rep or the driver himself. Had to cancel the order and the finally pick up at the local store in Gainesville a few days later. All worked out, but very disappointing .

A bit heavy. Battery doesn’t last as long as I'd hope. Overall though, seems to be a decent value.

The product is excellent, and while I don’t normally seek help, the Salesperson was excellent as well.

With the screen opened more than 90 degrees, the rear of the laptop rests on the display hinges (as opposed to the rubber bumps on the underside of the system). This caused the laptop to sit up a bit higher than its base which really bothered me. In addition to being asthetically unpleasant, I suspect this would cause the hinges to get scratched up and possibly fail prematurely. In addition, I found the keyboard to be generally unpleasant to use. The key size felt out of proportion to the rest of the device.

All in all very nice. A little "jumpy" at times, just a slight "hover" over something makes it jump to another screen. I like the touch screen feature, although, again a bit jumpy. Love the light up keyboard, my favorite feature!

was great purchase, though pricewise i could have got a ryzen 7 512gb for $150 less plus that version has a sd card slot

So far, so good. It meets my needs for grad school. I previously had a loaner Dell that was a bit more robust, but this one does the job. The touchscreen interface could be improved, and the battery life could be better, but aside from that, I’m happy with my purchase.
