    The storage capacity and processing speed didn’t meet expectations — possibly due to internal defects. The size, however, was perfect and very portable. Thankfully, Best Buy’s return policy made the process easy, and I ended up replacing it with a 2TB Crucial external storage device. Win‑win in the end.
