After using laptops for years, and being talked into a desktop, I am so thankful that I traded the desktop for another laptop. It is an added extra that it is a touchscreen. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Not sure why it was returned. I use it for work, a lot of web browser with a fair bit of data points and it runs smoothly on multiple browsers. I use an hdmi and split screen it often and the transition is fair. Good quality audio on resolution. I’d say for its price it was worth it.

The purchase of the Dell-Plus 2001 14" FHD+ Touch Screen Laptop has been a pleasure to get to use over the last several days. There are many features I have not had time to use yet. The screen is great. Having a touch screen is a bonus feature I did not have before. The shipment was online and the process to get the laptop working was effortless.

Computer starts up rapidly and shuts down just as fast. Had to buy a keyboard cover because the gray keys made it difficult to see the letters but the one I got from Amazon fixed that. Battery charges a lot faster than my old Dell XPS. Wonder if it will give me the same number of years of service as the XPS. So far no complaints.
