If you want something that feels both like a tablet and a reliable workhorse, this is a really strong pick. Its biggest compromises are around the display brightness and non-upgradable RAM — but for many users, those are acceptable trade-offs for the value and performance you’re getting.

So far loving this new Dell laptop. I recently retired and had to return my work computer. I enjoy a smaller laptop so chose this 14" design. I am not much into Copilot and all the modern apps but want to do some writing, check email and surf the internet. This device checks all the boxes! The configuration of the keyboard and mouse and the sleek screen are just what I was looking for.

This is a great laptop, nice size and weight, with all needed functions, plus bells and whistles. Bought it with sale price. Loving it... would recommend it to others.

I bought it as an open box with excellent quality. The charger didn't come, but it was easily solved when I contacted support and I was able to make the withdrawal at no additional cost. So far I have nothing to complain about.

I needed a PC laptop for school and it helped me with my classes online. It also helped me to get familiar with a PC ,especially since I’m an older lad school student. I’m hoping to learn more and make a good use of it.

The computer is great and the Best Buy and Geek service is excellent. However I have had to use the Geek service to load certain apps and get rid of others that seem to be related to Microsoft products

Love all of it! Makes working a breeze. Laptop is fast and efficient for my needs. Screen is amazing for work and grandkids’ movies!
