    The salesperson rang up the wrong item. I was supposed to get the Dell with Intel Core i9 and 32GB ram. It was a much better laptop at the same price. It was corrected and got my Core i9. Happy with that!

    I traded in my Macbook Air for Dell. It's a great decision because I felt very limited on what I can do with Apple. When it comes to being a student/employee, it's more efficient to use Windows because most companies utilize Microsoft Software. It helps me get that familiarity and set me up for success.

    It's okay, I'm not sure it's particularly fast but seems to be built well. I think it would be much better if you could turn off all the Microsoft alerts you have to scroll through, Although I'm sure I could figure out how to turn those off.
