    Laptop was easy to set up and use immediately. Met my needs perfectly. Best Buy Geek Squad assisted me when my existing laptop died and helped me to make decision to replace. The staff asked questions about how I use the laptop and made recommendations about Memory, etc. needed in a replacement. Overall, a very pleasant experience and super pleased with Laptop.

    I wanted to like this laptop. I really did. However, for the price, I wouldn’t recommend it. The speakers are on the bottom of the laptop, so when placed on a surface, the sound is very muffled. After about 2 weeks, the screen started randomly turning black for a split second. Very odd. The battery life is good though!
