The purchase of the Dell-Plus 2001 14" FHD+ Touch Screen Laptop has been a pleasure to get to use over the last several days. There are many features I have not had time to use yet. The screen is great. Having a touch screen is a bonus feature I did not have before. The shipment was online and the process to get the laptop working was effortless.

Love it! Fast. Handles multiile tasks with ease. This isn’t a gaming computer, but for everything else, it is amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

Computer starts up rapidly and shuts down just as fast. Had to buy a keyboard cover because the gray keys made it difficult to see the letters but the one I got from Amazon fixed that. Battery charges a lot faster than my old Dell XPS. Wonder if it will give me the same number of years of service as the XPS. So far no complaints.

I use this mostly on the job in my work truck. Its size makes it easy to work with. Fast computer no lagging od buffering.

This is an excellent, lightweight, easy to use laptop - perfect size. Only change Dell could make to this product is to move the on/off button away from the delete button as they are easy to accidentally touch one for the other.
