    Compact and did everything I need. I use it for work. I design craft items. Easy to connect printers to. Have had a hard time connecting it to my Cricut.

    So far it's been easy to use and set up. Only thing I miss is a numbers pad instead of along the top row. My hand keeps going to the right side until I learn it's different.

    The purchase of the Dell-Plus 2001 14" FHD+ Touch Screen Laptop has been a pleasure to get to use over the last several days. There are many features I have not had time to use yet. The screen is great. Having a touch screen is a bonus feature I did not have before. The shipment was online and the process to get the laptop working was effortless.

    So far so good. It was an easy startup and set up. It’s doing everything I needed. The only issue is sometimes the browser Microsoft edge lags on loading even on high speed Internet connection. But other than that solid laptop.

    Computer starts up rapidly and shuts down just as fast. Had to buy a keyboard cover because the gray keys made it difficult to see the letters but the one I got from Amazon fixed that. Battery charges a lot faster than my old Dell XPS. Wonder if it will give me the same number of years of service as the XPS. So far no complaints.
