    The computer is great and the Best Buy and Geek service is excellent. However I have had to use the Geek service to load certain apps and get rid of others that seem to be related to Microsoft products

    Had this computer for 3 weeks and so far I really like it. The battery is holding and it does not get hot like my prior laptop.

    I bought it as an open box with excellent quality. The charger didn't come, but it was easily solved when I contacted support and I was able to make the withdrawal at no additional cost. So far I have nothing to complain about.
