The laptop is good, but it shipped with a random, non-compatible charger. It was listed as open box, but it didn’t have the original charger or any documentation or drivers. It was expertly reset and ready for me to set up though.

I love the speed and the quality of the display and graphics. The service by the Geek squad was great, and so far I am very happy with the purchase.

This is my first non-work-issued laptop in a long time. I like its size and weight, the ease of setup, its speed as an internet and youtube searcher. It comes at a good price too. Keyboard is very responsive. It managed the transfer of hundreds of files effortlessly.

So far, so good. This is a basic laptop running Windows 11. I didn't need anything super-charged so this is working fine. I've always been a Dell user, so I stuck with the brand when seeking a new laptop running Windows 11. My old laptop was so old I could not upgrade to Windows 11, so that's an indication of how long the Dell brand laptops have worked for me. So far, I've had no issues. I haven't even had issues transitioning from Windows 10 (my old laptop) to Windows 11 (this new laptop). I primarily use this laptop to do email, bills, social media and surf the web. It seems to load quickly and I haven't had any major issues, yet. I'm relieved and happy with this laptop at this time.
