I just got it for school since my Lenovo yoga suddenly died on me after only two years. I think this one is a big improvement as I can run the sims and everything else without any issues. This also has a lot of storage too so I can see hopefully use it for years. It’s similar to a MacBook but with windows 11. Plus it’s lightweight too!

I bought this Dell Plus 2-in-1 as a backup in a pinch when I damaged my other (much pricier, 2 year old, not a Dell) laptop. It has exceeded my expectations. I am still learning the nuances. This Dell has most of the functionality in my other laptop, but has a startlingly better battery life. Similar RAM and storage. Colors are not as bright but certainly acceptable. Camera is only user-facing. A little heavier overall but this I now see as a positive. My old laptop that cost twice as much is very light and slim which ultimately was disastrous when I damaged the hinge and all things connected to it. (AAAARGH!) The Dell is much sturdier and I can live with the extra weight. USB ports are typical. An A, a couple of Cs and an HDMI. Might like another A, but this is OK. The power port (USB C) is much less prone to the reliability issues I had in an earlier Dell laptop which had a poor power port design and failed every 4 months or so. I am very pleased with the affordable price and performance. Now the question is whether I can repair the other, and if so, will the Dell replace it as my No. 1?

I am really enjoying this computer! It is fast, reliable, and lightweight, which makes it perfect for my college studies. The screen quality is excellent, the battery lasts long, and it runs smoothly with all my programs. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made.

This laptop has been a good performer, doing everything that I expected it to do with no problems encountered. The one downside has been the fingerprint reader. It simply does not work as it should. I have tried resetting the fingerprint multiple times, but it will not work consistently. I have tested my fingerprint on my iPhone and iPad and it works flawlessly, but not on the Dell. Fortunately this has not caused me any problems because using a PIN is what I am used to. In all other ways the laptop has met or exceeded my expectations. I did upgrade to Windows 11 Pro with no problems encountered.

This was purchased for my husband, and it is his daily go to for all of his digital needs. He is a beginner and getting better everyday with the ease of the use, durability (because he has it the shop, in the car, on his work trips), and the battery lasts for a couple days! GREAT BUY!

Been using since couple of months and its working great, the win 11 with intel core ultra 7 is fast and the display is amazing. The battery backup is pretty good and 360 screen makes it more useful than ever.
