Overall the laptop performs really well — it’s fast, responsive, and the 2-in-1 feature is super convenient for note-taking or watching videos in tablet mode. The touchscreen is smooth and accurate, and the display looks great. However, one small design issue: when you flip the screen all the way around into tablet mode, the keyboard side ends up sitting very close to the ground. This makes it easy to accidentally press keys or scratch the surface, especially if you’re using it on a table or hard floor. I’ve bumped it more than once when setting it down. If you’re someone who frequently uses it in tablet mode, just be extra careful how you place it down. Still a great machine for the price!

Bought this for my wife. Easy to set up and navigate. Holds a charge well and has a good speed with our internet. Good laptop for non- gamer, occasional streaming.

This PC is a replacement for my prior Dell laptop which lasted 10 years. Easy transition to my new Dell laptop. So far so good. Very satisfied :-)

I really like this laptop. Quick startup, lightweight, plenty of storage with 1T. I replaced a Dell that was about 10 yrs old and could not be upgraded. I have found Dell equipment lasts well. And hope to get many years of use from this new one.

Computer is fast and graphics are awsome, Very good price on sale at Best Buy for the holidays. My only minor complaint is that the finger print ID does not work very and when it does work it takes a long time. No big deal I just use my pin.

A really great update from what I had. I got this computer for school and it would’ve been really great, did take me a while to set up but I saw that as an investment. I like the updated software and processor in a smaller computer at a great price point for what I paid. I didn’t like how hot it would get over time or the feel of the plastic.
