I bought this to create an office set up with two additional monitors and run a bunch of browsers and some work applications but just be able to unplug if i needed to travel or go into the office and so far its worked great. Pen with it seems kind of gimmicky or maybe I just haven't founds it's use except to fiddle with during meetings.

Performance is great. Speed is very good. I will recommend it

I purchased this laptop to replace a much older Dell from 2018, and told the person helping me at Best Buy I wanted equivalent to my work laptop, or even better. This fit the bill perfectly and is fast and responsive! I'm able to have 40 tabs open on google chrome, and also run multiple live shows at once, with Outlook on my other monitor. So happy I got this one. Also it comes with CoPilot and having AI as a partner while I work on my laptop is invaluable.

My previous laptop was a Dell Latitude 5440 purchased 2 years ago. This new one is so much better, faster, more advanced, more fluid, the touch screen is fantastic, the colors are beautiful, the visibility of details is drastically better, the screen is brilliant and I like it much more than the previous one which was matte. I definitely made a great choice, I am very happy with my new laptop. I believe I will keep this one for a long time.

WOW. Love this computer. Sleek and easy to use. I have been using an old desktop and needed something more up to date and portable. Took me a trip to the Geek Squad for a bit of remedial help. They were top notch, patient, efficient, and encouraged me to come back with any issues. Not only is my computer great but so is the Geek Squad. THANK YOU!!!!

This is great for students and working professionals looking for a powerful machine to design and code. Although the battery life could be much better. Display is great.

This computer has some nice features, like being able to use it as more of a tablet at times and having a fingerprint scanner. I like to fold it over so I can have the screen closer to me without the keyboard in the way since I use a wireless keyboard and mouse anyway. The problem is, if you have it set up where you put your fingerprint in for it to enter your passwords for you, it's difficult to get to the scanner in that position and even more difficult to get it to recognize your fingerprint. Even in regular laptop mode, having the fingerprint scanner all the way in the far right corner is a bit of a stretch if you are using your laptop at a desk rather than in your lap - and it's fairly heavy to use on your lap. The main issue, and the main reason I will likely return it, is that the camera is absolutely horrible. I look pink on it and in lower lighting can't be seen at all. I need this specifically for remote work, which involves some work through Zoom and Google Meet, so having a good camera is absolutely essential. I considered buying a camera to use in its place, but it seems silly to buy a new computer and then have to buy a new camera to make it usable for the function I bought it for, I do like that it has a cover for the camera. I've also gotten an error message that constantly pops up, even stopping me in the middle of doing things. There doesn't seem to be any actual reason for this error message, which is the most frustrating part. I have never had this issue with previous computers, so I am not wanting to deal with it on a brand new computer.

Works great for what i need. My programs loaded easy. It holds lots of photographs.
