Definitely a good purchase. I’ve had it do some weird things when it dies completely. And I’ve noticed the battery life has decreased since I bought it but I’m not worried about any issues of that sort since I bought geek squad protection. Very pleased with my purchase so far.

Pretty good. However be warned that this computer only has one fan, so the other half of the computer gets very hot. Good display tho. I am very upset with Dell however as the rubber feet fell off before the laptop was 90 days old. Based on reviews online this is an issue with all dells. Whatever they're rubber feet ill just buy them for $10 and stick them on right? WRONG Dell refuses to sell any rubber feet and insists that you must buy a whole new back plate and pay for an installation totaling over $200. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Trash company that purposely makes the rubber feet fall off and refuses to sell them. Buy from another company. I have computers over 10 years old with intact rubber feet.

Love this laptop, perfect for what I need. The only thing that made this a 4 star because the pen (PN5122W) that comes with it won’t pair with Dell Display Peripheral Manager. I had the Geek Squad fix it for me. Thank God they don’t have to replace my laptop.

This laptop is great for what i do, the processor can handle all of my engineering classes just fine and i do light gaming aswell and its perfect

This is my fifth Dell PC. Very pleased with all of them. Setup was very intuitive. All my settings and favorites from my previous Laptop were loaded onto my new Laptop. I was ready to go in 15 minutes. No problems at all I highly recommend it.

Overall performance is acceptable, but the screen colors look unnatural. In addition, the power button is often unresponsive.

lI am very disappointed with this laptop. After only 7 months of normal use, the display stopped working completely. The laptop powers on, and the keyboard lights come on, but the monitor stays black. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but nothing fixed the problem. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was told the warranty does not apply, even though the laptop is less than a year old. A product at this price should last much longer than 7 months. I cannot recommend this laptop. The build quality and reliability are poor, and the warranty support has been very disappointing. It is not worth buying if you expect a dependable lap top

I use this as my primary home laptop for personal tasks, so portability and battery life weren’t major concerns. Overall, it’s a fantastic device—quick, powerful, and with plenty of storage. The 2-in-1 functionality is excellent, and I’ve made use of all the modes. The midnight blue color is a refreshing change from the usual gray. The mini-LED display is stunning and worth the upgrade. The keyboard, while featuring a numeric keypad, has shallow keys that make typing less comfortable. I didn’t expect much from the battery life, but it’s even worse than advertised and can’t last through a full day of typical use. The fan often stays on when plugged in, which is a bit irritating. Connecting the included pen via Bluetooth was tricky and required help from Dell, and there’s no place to attach the pen to the laptop for storage. That said, I rarely use the pen, so it’s a minor issue. I got the Ultra 9 version at a great discount, so overall I’m pleased with the purchase.

The Intel Core Ultra 9 processor combined with 32GB of RAM makes this thing feel like a powerhouse without sounding like a jet engine getting ready for takeoff. The 16” 2.5K touchscreen is sharp, bright, and great for both work and entertainment. I also really like the 2-in-1 design — being able to flip it into tablet mode is surprisingly useful during meetings or when reviewing plans and documents. The Midnight Blue color gives it a clean, professional look that stands out from the typical silver laptops. Battery life has been solid, startup is quick, and the overall build quality feels premium. The Copilot+ features are a nice bonus and make the system feel future-ready. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase from Best Buy, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance laptop that can handle both productivity and everyday use.

I've been very impressed with this Dell 2-in-1 so far. Battery life seems decent from my initial use, though I wouldn't expect anything near 10-15 hours on high performance. Performance is excellent—the machine feels extremely fast and responsive, and the built-in AI features are a nice addition that appear to future-proof the machine as AI tech improves. The build quality is really good and comparable to my ThinkPad X1 Yoga, which is saying a lot. The keyboard has a fantastic feel, similar to the Yoga. The screen size is just right, and the touchscreen works exactly as expected. I have not tested the camera on calls or the screen for movies. My main complaint is the fan noise. My ThinkPad's fan can get fairly loud under load, but this Dell is noticeably louder. One additional consideration is multi-monitor support. My work Dell laptop can drive three external monitors connected individually through two USB-C connections and one HDMI connection. I haven't been able to get the same setup working with this Dell 2-in-1, although my ThinkPad X1 Yoga also has the same limitation. It's possible there's a setting or configuration I'm missing, but if running three independently connected external monitors is important to you, it may be worth researching this capability before purchasing. Aside from that, it feels like a powerful, well-built laptop that should remain capable and relevant for many years.

Excellent 2-in-1 that delivers on every front. The 16" 2.5K touchscreen is stunning — sharp, bright, and the extra vertical space is a game-changer compared to a standard 16:9 panel. Flipping it into tablet mode for reading or quick notes feels surprisingly natural for a laptop this size. Performance from the Intel Core Ultra 9 288V is excellent. Apps launch fast, multitasking with a dozen+ tabs and heavier apps open doesn't faze it, and the 32GB RAM gives plenty of headroom. Battery life is genuinely impressive — comfortably gets through a full day of mixed use without reaching for the charger, which is where Lunar Lake really shines. Build quality feels premium throughout. The Midnight Blue finish looks sharp (less fingerprint-prone than I expected), the hinge is firm, and the chassis has that solid, no-flex feel you want at this price point. Everything just works the way it should. Highly recommend.

Been using this from last November 2025, I guess now it’s a good time to right a review.A compact size laptop with a tons of features and GOOD SPECIFICATIONS. It runs my apps really good, coding and testing is not a hassle for me, and the battery runs for good amount of time. Easy to carry, and HONESTLY I was not expecting this much good performance, but it does a really good job for me at least. And It’s a Dell, so obviously . Kudos to the squad geek guy who helped me to make a great decision.

’ve been using this laptop mainly for college work, multitasking, and everyday use, and honestly it has been performing really well so far. The Intel Core Ultra 9 processor and 32GB of RAM make everything feel super fast and smooth. I can have multiple tabs open, work on projects, use Excel, Teams, and other programs at the same time without the laptop slowing down. The display looks amazing too. The 2.5K touchscreen is very sharp and bright, and the colors look great whether I’m working, watching videos, or browsing online. I also like the 2-in-1 feature because it makes the laptop more versatile and comfortable to use in different situations. Another thing I noticed is how premium the laptop feels. The build quality is solid, the keyboard feels comfortable for long hours, and the laptop stays pretty quiet during normal use. I went in to purchase a new laptop and had one of the best purchasing experiences ever. Two kind gentleman helped me for 30 minutes showing me various options and we narrowed it down to this one. I am a film student who makes short films and uses many powerful softwares and this thing is a beast! It’s also great looking, can become a tablet and world lightning fast.
