I purchased this computer for my daughter’s home business for Christmas. After the first month of use she called to tell me, “I can run multiple Adobe applications and 20 Chrome tabs without lag". She was pleasantly surprised with how much difference it was in speed and battery usage then her last computer. Her wish list consisted of 32GB memory and 1TB of storage. The touch screen was an added benefit … Needless to say, she recommends this whether you’re using it for business or personal use at home. It has clearly met and exceeded all her expectations!

The Dell Plus Copilot+ PC is easily the best purchase I have ever made. The Intel Core Ultra 9 288V processor delivers incredible speed, making it the perfect powerhouse for both intensive creative tasks and daily productivity. I love the versatility of the 16-inch 2-in-1 touchscreen, which offers a beautiful 2.5K display that is both sharp and responsive. With 32GB of memory and 1TB of storage, multitasking is seamless and I never have to worry about running out of space for my projects. The Midnight Blue finish is stunningly premium, and the integrated AI features have significantly streamlined my workflow. This laptop is the perfect blend of performance and portability, and I couldn't be happier with its reliability.

the keyboard is nice, easy to use and well visualized. fast computer with good graphics. good battery life. Only complaint is that it's heavy and when it opens, it raises the back of the laptop-this may make it easier to type, but it's a bit awkward to open. overall good computer, can do a whole lot more than I need.

Purchased this Dell because my Dell of 5 years would no longer upgrade from windows 10. Was looking for a laptop that would last me another 5+ years. Was concerned about some of the reviews that questioned the screen, keyboard and heating issues but found for me in the first three weeks to have none of those issues. Computer is fast, bright and slimline. It is a little heavy but it is only a minor adjustment. Purchased black Friday at price less than available from Dell directly.

This laptop has it all for me: great battery life, it's fast, and has great touch screen display. I like the fingerprint reader (a very quick way to gain access). Came with a stylus Dell pen (battery included). It has a built-in camera (with a built-in lens blocker) and a microphone. I paired it with the Dell Pro Dock - WD25 and added extra displays along with a direct Ethernet connection. Also came with an AI-enhanced photo editor, "Photo Director Essential" (but this can change; last I looked, they had another included with this model. 5/5 stars

We had a problem with the battery at firat, it died very quickly, but it was a setting, and works fine now. Its very quick. For the amenities, it was a good price. Is a bit heavy, but not too bad.

I waited almost two months before writing this review because I wanted to share my experience after using the laptop every day, not just my first impression. After trying several laptops, this is the one I decided to keep. The 16-inch Mini-LED display is bright, sharp, and perfect for studying anatomy with detailed diagrams and images. It easily handles multiple browser tabs, applications, and Excel spreadsheets at the same time without slowing down. The included active pen is great for handwriting, drawing, highlighting, and signing documents. I also like the 2-in-1 design, which makes it even more versatile. After nearly two months of daily use, the performance is still as fast and reliable as it was on the first day. I'm very happy with my decision and would definitely recommend it.

Upgraded to this new Dell and couldn’t be happier. Best Buy pricing was like Black Friday in March. The computer is really fast off and online. Wifi 7 capable takes advantage of having fiber optic internet service. The graphics are unbelievably clean and crisp with outstanding color. The touch screen is perfect and it came with a Dell touch pen, a really cool tool you can use to navigate or onscreen writing/drawing.

This is a well-made laptop with a speedy processor, a bright and sharp display, an accurate and responsive touchscreen, and ample memory for running multiple applications simultaneously. The storage space is more than enough, and the keyboard is fine. While I mostly use the laptop as a desktop, I will say the battery life can be improved. Despite this, the PC has been running just fine without any issues. I have been very satisfied with the overall performance. As usual, this has been a successful BestBuy transaction. I first purchased a refurbished version, which had a minor keyboard issue (the space bar would not register sometimes). The return process was completed without a hitch. While at the store, I decided to purchase the PC in new condition. A very good experience with a great merchant.

I bought this computer to replace a Lenovo product that had a defective screen. I have been very pleasantly surprised. The speed of the processor is lightning fast and it is very responsive to commands. Another feature of this computer is the 32 GB of RAM and the fact that the SSD can be upgraded to a 2 TB drive later. Awesome machine.

I'm really happy with this laptop. The display is vibrant and easy to see/scale, the size is great, and it is fairly light for the size. The only thing I'm not loving is the quality of the built in camera for meetings, but it will suffice!

Overall performance has been better than expected, speed, portability. The plus side is I also use this as a tablet. Easy to travel with!
