This laptop has been great to use for my college coursework! The touch screen feature is awesome and I like how large the screen is!

This review is on behalf of my friend, who uses this computer constantly. He absolutely loves it! The large 16-inch touchscreen display looks beautiful and is perfect for working or streaming. He finds it very powerful and quick, and the 2-in-1 design is really versatile. He says it’s one of the best computers he has ever owned.

The screen is fantastic full HD touchscreen works great in tablet mode. Very quick i7 16gb RAM is ok for me 1tb storage is plenty. HDMI 2.1 is good to have as well as thunderbolt 4 makes it versatile. Bought as open box Dell replaced a defective charger in no time.

I needed a new computer since mine was 8 years old. Sales helped me and the Geek Squad was fabulous. They involved me in the process and explained everything. They completed the job quickly and I am extremely happy with my purchase. They gave me a small refund for the old computer. All in all great everything!

Good laptop, powerful and can be turned into a tablet by flipping the screen back, for the money this thing packs a punch!

This laptop was purchased as a gift and did not disappoint. it was very easy to set up and the touchscreen is very nice.

This is my third 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop by Dell. It is great for working, playing or having fun on social media. It is by far the best computer I've ever had. And, at Best Buy in Altamonte Springs has great customer service and are a joy to do business with. The bonus is they over one year no interest.

I am not very qualified to review computers. I use them for basics and not work. This computer is a good size even though my old laptop was very large. Not made in that size now. As a new computer it is very fast. What i dont like, in general, is much of what i did on the old laptop is rendered useless. Ex: my Canon camera uses and SD card. The new computer doesnt accept SD cards nor CD/DvD. More $ to be spent trying to get things to work. I have thousands of photos in the SD cards. Now have to buy a card reader and the camera apps no longer work. Progress is one thing but making things useless that i use all the time is a big inconvenience.

The computer seems to work well, other than Windows 11 glitches (had to reboot to unfreeze it quite a few times in the first month). I had to do setup by myself as the Geek Squad would only help if I gave up my new and old laptop for 5-7 days, which wasn't an option, they don't do "in person" help anymore, so I'll be canceling my subscription next year. In addition, last time I had them load things, it wasn't complete. The laptop keyboard area sags if my cat walks across it, so it doesn't feel as "beefy" as my old one but is only slightly lighter weight. Not a big fan of Windows 11 but had to go that route to keep using other software. I do like the improved graphics, but considering how many generations newer the "brain" is - I'm surprised it isn't faster - probably Win 11 issues.

I bought this laptop to replace my HP laptop that I had since 2009. I am extremely satisfied with the ease of navigating it, the operation of it and overall function and size fit my needs. I would recommend this model.

The computer is fast and the software loads quickly. Intuitive as the system guides you through trouble shooting. Very good computer for the price. I use my computer for personal use shopping, researching and paying bills online. Everything thing I need for a home computer.

I am very with my new Dell Plus. My previous laptop was also a Dell and it served me very well but was out of date, and needed replacement. The Geek Squad helped with a smooth transition. Very satisfied!

Great for gamers this computer is fast, and effective with good graphics
