The laptop works great! I particularly like the large screen. I’ve connected two additional monitors to the laptop and I’m able to get tons completed.

I am a real estate appraiser and I found this lap top to be user friendly, processing skills are higher, it works good with Alamode, and it's able to handle all the photos that are needed.

The Dell computer is very efficiently designed with comfortable keyboard and clear screen. It is also lightweight and easy to transport. The computer easily opens up with a very good processing speed. The graphics are very sharp and clear. The keyboard includes a number keypad that is functional for number input. Overall the Dell computer is a great buy and strongly recommended.

I have not had a lot of time using my new laptop, but it is fast and I like Dell's computers. I switched from an old HP WIndows 10 laptop, which I used for 7+ years, because Windows 10 was no longer supported and my old laptop would run very slowly for 15 minutes or more after startup or being idle for a few days. I also like Best Buy's 60 day price match guarentee in the event the price dropped, which it did by $400 two weeks after I bought it, so I got a nice refund too.

Has a good battery life easy to operate. Picture program is a little hard to work.

I really love this laptop. I am getting a bit older and the larger screen is perfect for my old eyes. This laptop is also very FAST! I am an IT professional and have owned many laptops over the years and this is my favorite. The 2 in 1 capability is also a big plus. I highly recommend this device!

Great computer for work and school. I was able to get this computer for a very reasonable price. Lots of memory and storage. Processor is fast and reliable.

Dell makes fine laptops. The "newer" slim design & battery life are good upgrades. Did have to go external for DVD's,and a dongle for more USB connections. Window's wants to take over everything. Nice to be able to go back for Geek Squad sessions on the annual plan.

I have used lightweight laptops for several years. Mu AUSUS faded into oblivion due to one drop by the Grandkids. I next honed in on a Lenovo. In six months, it slowed down so much that the new phrase around the house is "Slow as Lenovo." (replacing Christmas) I watched the Dell laptops at the high school where I sub. Those kids do not treat the machines with TLC. So, Dell it is. I am extremely pleased with this laptop. It is a tad heavier than the other two, but I suspect it will outlast them by years.

Two months in and the laptop has been working flawlessly and is fast.
