Love the touch screen, crisp pictures, love that I can use it as a lap top and a tablet, it has really good sound and it has the 10 key numbers which are a must have for me.

We literally were in and out in 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon December nonetheless. A Best Buy employee asked what we were looking for. We explained we wanted a laptop for a 12 year old boy who technically wants a gaming computer but parents want a computer that will be school and gaming friendly. He led us to this, explained it was the best of both worlds and it truly has. It has allowed him enough gaming speed and also utilizing Microsoft, and other platforms for school work. Set up was easy, it’s portable, and we’ve had no issues so far.

This product offers excellent value for its price and capabilities. I was hoping for a significantly faster processor since my previous computer was lagging. After conducting research and receiving helpful guidance from Best Buy employees at the Wheaton Store, I found that this option met and even exceeded my expectations without breaking the bank.

Excellent choice to replace a lower end model we regretted buying from a different store. This has been a far better choice!

I have always been a fan of Dell laptops. The 2 in 1 version is so reliable and adaptable. But, I came to Best Buy that day to get my old Dell repaired. John, in Tech, and especially Jesse, in sales, helped me understand that getting my old laptop repaired was not a good economic option. I am always so impressed with your knowledgeable and friendly Geeks.

I knew what I was looking for go in, and this laptop meets my expectations. Very easy set up. Very responsive with plenty of storage for household needs with vibrant, clear display. Love the touchscreen and easy to use keyboard with numerical keypad. Awesome flexibility to use as a pad as well.

This is an amazing laptop and pretty much has everything that I could need or want in a work laptop. I love the touch screen and the fact that you can fold it and use it as a tablet. The only thing that bugs me a bit is that it only has one USB outlet. One USB and one USB-C outlet.

It worth the purchase. And If you are looking to upgrade your old laptop, I will definitely recommend this product. Good deal!

Purchased this laptop for just day to day web browsing, checking e-mail, and occasional shopping. The screen is a comfortable size and plenty of storage (1TB) for my needs. Have nothing negative to say about this machine.

I love it! i read some of the negative reviews about weight, size, but decided to buy it anyway. I love it, it is not heavy, runs/responds quickly and is just the right size for travel to sites or staying in one place. So far, nothing bad to say about it.
