    I have had no problems with my new Dell laptop. However, the Geek Squad support was horrible. On Monday, I was using my old laptop with no problems. On Tuesday, I took my old laptop and the new laptop to the store for assistance from the Geek Squad with set-up and files transfer. On Wednesday, I picked up the new laptop and took it home to resume work. I discovered that almost everything that I had touched in the past year was missing. Financial records, business correspondence, presentations, photos and everything else from the previous months were missing. To make matters worse, the same missing data was also now missing from my old laptop and from the cloud back-up. On Thursday, I returned to the Geek Squad for resolution, but they were neither able to recover the missing files nor explain how they had managed to delete them. To say that I am upset is an understatement.
