It took me quite a while to decide on a replacement laptop, after my previous DELL was destroyed by chemicals, but I'm happy with my choice. It's a beautiful machine and it holds It's own when I'm editing photos in Lightroom and Photoshop. I'm glad I stayed with DELL!

Touchscreen is really nice for online textbooks, especially when the screen is flipped when I need to be comfy kn the couch doing school work. Battery life has been awesome and screen doesn't glare bad at all.

I love that its wide and has numpad, I use it for school and the speed is perfect. I just use my phone as a hotspot but it still like using a regular wifi. I got it on sale too. I am very satisfied with the purchase I made. Dell is always amazing.

Hello, I have recently purchased this amazing laptop, it’s my new baby and I am not sure how to proceed with some of the technical stuff. I’m very excited to start learning how to use and protect my new baby. Maybe I’ll get in touch with the Geek Squad, they were very helpful in downloading the different programs needed to get started.
