I bought this Dell 2-in-1 Core Ultra 7 during a trip to the US, took great care of it, and packed it safely. However, just 15 days later, the laptop completely failed. First, the touchscreen—the main reason I bought a 2-in-1—stopped working entirely. Shortly after, the system started crashing constantly, showing the Blue Screen of Death with the "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" error. It is completely unusable now. To make matters worse, Dell's customer service makes it incredibly frustrating to claim international warranty support if you are outside the US. If you travel or live abroad, do not risk buying this. Huge disappointment for a premium and expensive device.

I love my new dell computer. It is printing well and I'm delighted with the light key touch and touch screen!

I have had no problems with my new Dell laptop. However, the Geek Squad support was horrible. On Monday, I was using my old laptop with no problems. On Tuesday, I took my old laptop and the new laptop to the store for assistance from the Geek Squad with set-up and files transfer. On Wednesday, I picked up the new laptop and took it home to resume work. I discovered that almost everything that I had touched in the past year was missing. Financial records, business correspondence, presentations, photos and everything else from the previous months were missing. To make matters worse, the same missing data was also now missing from my old laptop and from the cloud back-up. On Thursday, I returned to the Geek Squad for resolution, but they were neither able to recover the missing files nor explain how they had managed to delete them. To say that I am upset is an understatement.

The system runs as expected at a in home setting. For travel and on the go not as fast. Was talked into this brand and next time I’ll follow my first mind is all I can say
