Bought Dell laptop & Geek Squad helped me get it set up.

So far this unit has served its purpose. I’m mostly a Mac user but I’m quite impressed. I would recommend this unit to others.

I was thinking to buy an apple laptop but city is not in the best point as an AI if you compare it to copilot and In The End hay investigate And This Is, the perfect laptop, even for AI and the price is the big difference. This is a very smart purchase for your pocket! Best quality price..! Is top!!

I was just starting to set up this computer when the screen cracked. As a Mechanical Engineer, I based my complain as a defective material due to four facts: - The fracture started from the middle of the hinge, and on the side I used to unfold it, following the expected stress line to the corner of the screen. - The failure occurred in early use of the product (not many fold unfold cycles), indicative of infant mortality failure. - There is no evidence of any impact on the screen crack. The fracture was not due to an excessive stress concentration from an impact from an object on the screen. - There is no evidence of impact in the cover discarding a fracture by the fall of the device. Another deficiency of the device is that the lower part of the screen contacts the support surface during unfolding. This adds external forces (drag with the surface) in the unfolding process, and changes the rotation point (from the center of the hinge to the contact between the surface and the laptop). I contacted the technical support to confirm my assumptions, but received no qualified opinion and was limited to either returning the product to the retailer or reaching customer support. I tried the first one, but was rejected by the personnel at Best Buy, although I shared the information exchanged with the tech support manufacturer, or I reached out to the manufacturer again, who dismissed me again without a good excuse. I bought this computer to address a problem, but I ended up buying another problem and wasted my time with a product that, in practice, doesn't have a warranty, even though all this happened during the warranty period. If you buy this, I wish you it doesn't get broken, because nobody will help you. I surrender to being treated like a ping pong ball. Follow this up with the FTC, and don't waste more time on the phone or in person.
