Great computer for the price. Lots of features to keep the it relevant for some time.

So far this is the perfect fit for my needs. Screen is big and unit portable enough to carry around when needed.

has a lot of power and can run a lot of different systems at the same time, but it does get a little loud sometimes.

I’m not even gonna lie, I really like this computer. It was easy to set up, runs smooth, and doesn’t lag like my old one did. I can do everything I need on it without it stressing me out. Only thing is when the computer dies and has to reboot it will try to make you reset the entire system. You will have to hold the power button and reboot it again then it will load to your normal settings. That’s really the only small issue, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, I’m glad I bought it. Definitely worth it.

Overall a good purchase. When looking for settings, they are pretty easy to find unless it is something that is very specific that you usually don't alter.

My new Dell computer made me realize just how much in need of an upgrade I was. It is like going from a Horse & Buggy to a sports car! The machine has more capabilities than inknow how to use, but learning has been enjoyable. The sales staff at Best Buy were very helpful in enabling me tonunderstand what I was purchasing, as I am not overly computer literate.

Been a while since I've had a reliable touchscreen laptop. This serves its purpose very well.

I’m very happy with my purchase. It was an open box deal and you could not tell it was ever used. I would like to thank Best Buy for giving me such a deal. It is everything I was looking for.

I wanted to love it but it ran warmer than the HP and Lenovo with the same processor--even when being lightly taxed. Price was good plus 32gb ram but I couldn't convince myself I was a keeper. It also seemed like the power management wasn't as efficient as a couple of the others we had tried. Maybe it needed an update, I'm not sure. But when it ran so warm once while it was charging that the glue holding a rubber strip running along the underneath backside of the laptop soften and the rubber strip slipped off, it was over for me.

Works fine. Speed is appropriate. Display is good, though I haven't watched a movie or show on it yet.

Been using it at work. Is great and powerful having multiple tabs open and photoshop.

So far so good complete my expectations, fast and reliable.

My new Dell Plus Copilot PC is everything I was looking for in a new laptop. The functionality and speed impressed the most. Best Buy pricing sold me over other stores carrying Dell laptops. Thank you Best Buy!
