So far, I absolutely love my new laptop! It is beautiful, and I have had absolutely no issues with the feel, touch, etc. I am someone who ALWAYS used a mouse and have bought several wireless ones to accommodate. However, today I forgot to bring one. It is so nice that this laptop is touch activated so I don't really need a mouse. I can work well by just touching my desired answers, apps, etc. Thank you SO much! This is the first time I have ever bought a Dell, btw. It is much nicer than I thought it would be.

New laptop is great. Geek squad did a great job transferring all of my old data and wiping my old laptop clean. I would recommend usuing Best Buy and Geek Squad services.

Friendly staff at the Citrus Park, FL location. The supervisor and Luis were both very helpful and helped us purchase out new laptop. So far the laptop is good. Let’s hope it lasts!

This laptop has been working great! It does everything I need it to do and it is fast.

Large, clear, and bright screen. Very easy to read. User-friendly, albeit a little time-consuming to set up. Much better battery life (so far) than previous versions.

I only had a couple weeks but I do like it. Only issue I have is it’s hard to shut down because if you just move your mouse it turns back on so I now shut the mouse off after I select shutdown. Also had to buy a USB extender there was not enough.

I am terrible at charging my devices. This laptop charges quickly, even while I'm working on it.

Got this for my granddaughter for college classes. She has used it for over a year and loves it. Has all the capacity and speed she needs and works great for all her needs.

I mainly bought it for the touch screen and backlit keyboard but came with plenty of capability. Easy setup. Performs great.
