I’m very happy with this laptop. The setup was quick and easy, and everything worked smoothly right out of the box. Performance is fast for everyday tasks like web browsing, streaming, and office work, and the screen quality is clear and comfortable for long use. The keyboard feels good to type on, and the battery life is better than I expected. Overall, this laptop offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable everyday computer.

A solid laptop for day-to-day use

Whether be it for work, school, or personal use, computers have become a large part of our life, with laptops becoming the go to for those on the go. For most, the Dell - Plus 16" checks pretty much all the boxes for day-to-day use. Setup on this device is as easy as it would be on any other Windows based device, although, I'll say it did seem like it took a little while longer to connect to my Wi-Fi then I'm used to. That may have been a temporary lag on my internet as once the device was setup, I had no issue flipping back and forth between websites. The device supports Wi-Fi 7, and speed tests showed speeds similar to or on par with my other devices. The screen is solid. No, it's not 1440p or 4K, but the 1920 x 1200 resolution will do for most day-to-day use. It has a standard 60hz refresh rate with 300 nits brightness, which, is again, bright enough for the day to day. The screen is a touchscreen; however, it doesn't double back over, turning the device in to a tablet. This is not a 2 in 1, this is a standard laptop. Web browsing, schoolwork, work, work...the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 has you covered. The combination of the processor and the 32 gigs of memory make multitasking no problem. Just don't look to try and crank up Crysis as the AMD Radeon 860 M isn't made for gaming. The keyboard on this laptop is Ok. If there was any knock I'd have on this laptop for day-to-day use, I'd say it's the keyboard. It's fine, it even has a 10 key...but it just feels a little...stale. The key's done have the snappiness I enjoy. For others, this might not be a knock, or they may enjoy the keyboard...but I'm not a fan of the feel. It's backlit, so that's a plus...but the feel is a little off. The touchpad has a similar feel as well, which, I don't like. Sure, it could use more ports...and I'm also not a fan of the keyboard and touchpad...but the Dell - Plus 16" is a great laptop for day-to-day use, even with its opportunities for improvement.

Awesome laptop. It's fast, has lots of space and love the sleek look of it. The fan does tend to get loud when playing games but outside of that it's a great computer.

This Laptop is a fast, powerful choice for work and multitasking thanks to its AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor, 32 GB of memory, and 1 TB SSD, which together keep applications and multiple browser tabs running smoothly without lag — ideal for heavy productivity tasks like spreadsheets, documents, messaging apps, and creative tools.

DO NOT BUY DELL PLUS 16

I purchased this Dell Plus 16 in December of 2025 primarily to use as a personal work device. The most important reason though was to use it for job applications and interviews. I ended up having to file a complaint with the BBB to get any real response from Dell in the first place. I have also written a complaint directly to the Colorado AGs office. Dell should not be trusted in any capacity. I did not use the device within the 2 week return window, but I never expected to have significant issues with a brand new device. This computer has an inadequate fan/vent system that simply does not work. The fan ran louder than any computer I've ever had. I ended up reaching out to Dell to resolve this issue via their product warranty coverage. They sent a remote technician out to replace the fan without first ever diagnosing any issues. This is where Dell really began to show their true cards. So, the first technician came and replaced the fan with another faulty fan that was even louder than the first while also damaging the back plate. A second repair technician was sent to replace the fan for a second time, but this technician broke the touchpad, chipped the frame, replaced the back plate and just slapped the manufacturer sticker from the last plate on there (looks terrible), and ultimately failed to resolve the fan issues again. Finally, Dell forced me to send it into their repair depot which is what I was trying to avoid from the beginning as I desperately needed my device to continue searching for a new job. They kept it for weeks with no update. When they did send an update, Dell actually tried to blame me for the damage and said those repairs wouldn't be covered by warranty. I ended up fighting with them about their irrational responses and arguments and they finally approved the repairs. I did receive my device back from the repair depot. Unfortunately, Dell damaged my device further. My laptop came back with a number of noticeable scratches on the surface and the back plate wasn't reattached correctly. To this day, Dell has never returned my device in acceptable condition. I have reached out to an attorney, filed a BBB complaint, and sent a letter to the Colorado AG. Dell simply does not care about the consumer or the quality of their products. It's safe to say I will never purchase anything sold by Dell or its affiliates ever again. Please, spare yourselves the pain of dealing with Dell. They do not care if your device works, they won't take accountability when they damage it, and they don't care how much time they waste. It's now July 1st, my PC is still damaged and the back plate was never reattached correctly. This is the single worst consumer experience I've ever had. The laptop I currently have isn't what I purchased as it's been ripped apart and reassembled 3 different times and Dell has never actually reassembled it correctly. That's not even taking into consideration the fact they have literally caused physical damage to the actual device. I'll say it again, DO NOT BUY DELL. If you do, purchase the Geek Squad coverage so you can simply exchange it for another brand after it fails. Dell has refused to replace my laptop despite destroying the device themselves. My last laptop has lasted 8+ years. This Dell won't last more than 1-2 years. It's literal trash. I know there are plenty of positive reviews posted here on Best Buys website. If you're considering this model or any Dell product, please do some research. No one should have to go through what I've gone through for a brand new laptop. The brand name "Dell" means nothing anymore. It's just a premium label for a low quality product line and an abysmal customer support experience. To provide some additional credibility I'll simply let you know I am a Digital Marketing professional. I spend every day on a PC and I would never recommend this laptop for personal or professional use. The last device I purchased for myself was a 2018 HP Spectre that never had any issues with it other than a battery that had to be replaced years after I purchased it. This Dell was ripped apart 3 times this year alone and I've hardly been able to use it to this point. Any new PC that requires it to be ripped apart 3 times in the first few months is a defective product. Dell simply refuses to replace it, so I would recommend anyone searching for a quality device to replace this Dell with another brand entirely. Best of luck to everyone searching for a quality PC! I promise you, purchasing a Dell is not what it used to be. It's not a brand you can trust any longer.

Excellent laptop at an excellent price. The Ryzen 7 AI is a beast and the screen is beautiful. What pushed it to the top was the 32 GB RAM for less than similar machines with only 16gb. I have it hooked up to a docking station that gives me 3 screens of real estate and the battery life, though not the 22 hours stated, does give me 10-12 hours of actual use time.

We needed a new laptop to replace our old Dell and I was looking for the fastest we could get for the money. Had to be at least the AMD 350 processor with 16GB memory and 1TB SSD and was having a hard time finding one. Walked into Best Buy on Black Friday and wandered over to look at the laptops and saw this Dell that I hadn't seen on their website. We ordered it and after arriving and getting started I'm so happy with the speed, keyboard layout, size of screen - for the money, this is a great laptop. We won't do any gaming but for normal browsing, shopping, spreadsheets etc I can now open the laptop and just get started without having to wait for an eternity.

Works as it should. I am pleased with the ease of use. Was able to install Windows 11 on this one. The one I originally bought Windows 11 crashed the first time I used it. Not to heavy. Easy to move from one room to another. battery life is not as long as I expected. Less than 24 hours. Only used for 6 hours.
