Great performance and speed i need to work multiple tasks. Assistance was extremely helpful and went beyond what i expected

I have been able to manage well using this computer for simple things. There is more that it can do but I needed to be told the items I needed to put in the computer (i,e, the security system). I will have to call the Dell company to get this help. I will also need to take a class at the senior center since Best buy does not offer this much needed service.

Great computer, love the big size screen in a world where everything else is small. Being using for moderate task nothing major yet

The lapto was received in excellent condition, I already performed a functionality and performance test and this one has been excellent in the time I have had it in use.

Everything works as it should. No negative issues at all to date.

This Dell has made readjusting back to a PC from an Apple fairly easy. I appreciate the features such as the availability of touch screen and mouse.

I LOVE this laptop! It is fast, easy to use, and the setup was super simple, and it has every feature I needed to return to school and complete my doctorate. It runs quietly, lasts forever on the battery, and is a beautiful color!

Very sleek, but not very lightweight So far loving it

I have purchased a Dell Plus PC - with 32GB Ram memory and 1TB storage, So far it has been performing great and allows me to manage and process data with a fast turn around time.

It came recommended to me by my company's outsourced IT because it was a comparable upgrade to the one I had that crashed. It is nice, the touch screen is an added bonus. I like the way the keyboard feels and it was easy tp upload all my stuff from my cloud to start work again.

This laptop meets all my needs and is easy to use. It required no learning curve and was compatible with my current equipment. It was ready to go just walking out the door no extra work needed.

Was and is worth the price have only owned it a couple of weeks and works great. Takes a little bit to get used to compared to the earlier windows i have not had any issues as if yet

Very good laptop, better than mostly Macs, you get more power, ram, storage and better accessibility to customize your laptop.

This laptop was easy to setup and has worked perfect. We are able to switch between multiple tabs and applications with ease. Graphics are bright, sound is great and the touchscreen makes zooming in/out easy. We have been able to go for a full day without charging.

I really enjoy this laptop. I was long overdue for an upgrade. Yes, there's much to learn and I'm not the best with computers, but I do like this one, so it's all good!
