This computer is fantastic. It has everything I was looking for from speed and storage to incredible touch screen display. The in-store associates were very helpful.

Has been a great laptop for me as a college graduate student.

I bought this with the intent of doing graphics and also, as a newer device compared to others I've been using. It is ok, but it is not wonderful and needed some adjustment. Overall I would have to compare it with other new devices to say whether the issues are with this model or with Windows 11 or new Microsoft products in general but there is one glaring problem - the "plus Copilot" feature. While I do use and enjoy Copilot, the combination led to a problem that required me to go back to Best Buy Geek Squad - namely, it would not update. Long story short, Copilot comes integrated with the computer's operating system rather than as a separate app. So when it tries to update, it just ends up trying - spinning, but never completing. When I searched online for help for this, it led me to complicated OS steps that I was reluctant to try. Best Buy agent helped by extricating Copilot from the OS, then reinstalling it, but as a separate app, which allowed it to function on the automatic updating list. That seemed to work fine (I say "seemed" because I had it done recently so I hope it will stay fixed). So my strong advice is that if you are not adept at messing around with operating systems, do NOT get this computer. Other problems may or may not be specific to this computer but rather related to other recent Windows 11 (or other Microsoft) products - namely, the app store doesn't contain apps I'm used to having, and many are not downloadable through Google play, with the result that my quick links aren't through apps, but rather, saving a web page as a start link - clumsy and strange to me. This includes some very basic items like the New York Times. For years I've just clicked on a New York Times app icon but now, I have on my home screen a Chrome link that points to it, a Chrome link that points to "Open Table," etc. It is also sorta clunky and some screens just don't look as good as they used to on older models. So long story short, I don't know if these issue relate to MS in general - as this is the first new laptop I've bought since 2020 (I usually use an Android or Apple tablet), or if the Dell Windows 11 + Copilot is unique in this. What I do know for certain - even if you like Copilot, avoid this due to the need to extricate it from the OS!

I use this laptop to run my cyber security/IT services company. I have not been disappointed.

I bought a Samsung laptop and did not like it. Returned it and got refund and bought a Dell. Much more superior laptop, and I’m very happy with the high quality of this computer. I will never buy anything but a Dell at this point.
