New laptop is great. Geek squad did a great job transferring all of my old data and wiping my old laptop clean. I would recommend usuing Best Buy and Geek Squad services.

When the Best Buy Associate helped us find our dells, he took all of our considerations and needs and found us the perfect match, we have never been more pleased. The purchase of a new Dell Laptop is the perfect gift for my college bound student. Of course, it has all the Microsoft products needed, but it also has all the features she requested plus some extra added bonuses, i.e. movie app, games app and loads of free apps and more.

I only had a couple weeks but I do like it. Only issue I have is it’s hard to shut down because if you just move your mouse it turns back on so I now shut the mouse off after I select shutdown. Also had to buy a USB extender there was not enough.

Purchased for my college student to replace 7 year old HP and they love this laptop, its speed and storage capacity checks every box and the best buy customer service when purchasing was EXCELLENT!

I’m not even gonna lie, I really like this computer. It was easy to set up, runs smooth, and doesn’t lag like my old one did. I can do everything I need on it without it stressing me out. Only thing is when the computer dies and has to reboot it will try to make you reset the entire system. You will have to hold the power button and reboot it again then it will load to your normal settings. That’s really the only small issue, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, I’m glad I bought it. Definitely worth it.

The computer hardware itself is reliable and functions how I'd want it too. I can run many programs perfectly fine. The display looks good and the system is sturdy.

So far, I absolutely love my new laptop! It is beautiful, and I have had absolutely no issues with the feel, touch, etc. I am someone who ALWAYS used a mouse and have bought several wireless ones to accommodate. However, today I forgot to bring one. It is so nice that this laptop is touch activated so I don't really need a mouse. I can work well by just touching my desired answers, apps, etc. Thank you SO much! This is the first time I have ever bought a Dell, btw. It is much nicer than I thought it would be.

This laptop has been working great! It does everything I need it to do and it is fast.

Been using it at work. Is great and powerful having multiple tabs open and photoshop.
