Excellent laptop at an excellent price. The Ryzen 7 AI is a beast and the screen is beautiful. What pushed it to the top was the 32 GB RAM for less than similar machines with only 16gb. I have it hooked up to a docking station that gives me 3 screens of real estate and the battery life, though not the 22 hours stated, does give me 10-12 hours of actual use time.

Works as it should. I am pleased with the ease of use. Was able to install Windows 11 on this one. The one I originally bought Windows 11 crashed the first time I used it. Not to heavy. Easy to move from one room to another. battery life is not as long as I expected. Less than 24 hours. Only used for 6 hours.

We needed a new laptop to replace our old Dell and I was looking for the fastest we could get for the money. Had to be at least the AMD 350 processor with 16GB memory and 1TB SSD and was having a hard time finding one. Walked into Best Buy on Black Friday and wandered over to look at the laptops and saw this Dell that I hadn't seen on their website. We ordered it and after arriving and getting started I'm so happy with the speed, keyboard layout, size of screen - for the money, this is a great laptop. We won't do any gaming but for normal browsing, shopping, spreadsheets etc I can now open the laptop and just get started without having to wait for an eternity.

I needed an updated laptop for teaching, presentations and home office tasks. I wanted one with contemporary speed and processing. This does not disappoint. I find it to be quiet and very nice screen. I dock to utilize dual screens at home. I am very happy with purchase. The sales associate recommended this Dell for price and features.

So far this laptop has been amazing especially for the price I got it for! The only thing I had to get used to is the number pad but once I was used to it being there it’s been fine! The fan is a little on the noisy side but it doesn’t bother me because my last dell sounded the same. If I had to pick one other thing to say I slightly dislike is opening it up isn’t seemless. But definitely worth buying !!

Needed to replace a 17.3" laptop that I've had for 13 years, and this one fit the bill from specs. Over all, this is a great laptop. I liked the aluminum case, as my old laptop was plastic, and picture quality was great. It was fast, and did what was needed, but was ultimately too small for my needs since I have multiple open apps/programs at any one time and there's just not enough real estate available on the display to support that and still be visible/legible.

Everything works great, I love the size, full size keyboard is easy to type on. A little bigger than my last laptop, a little easier to work on. Wish it had facial recognition.

A good computer for an educator to use in and outside of the classroom. Battery life is good, and the 32 GB hard drive has plenty of space for the Microsoft Suite and Adobe programs.

I waited a long time for this computer. Worth the wait and I love it! Does way more than I can explain. Any and everything you want, even a fingerprint ID. Good battery life, beautiful clear screen with vivid color. Best Buy did a transfer from my old computer onto this new. Perfection!

I have had this laptop for a couple of weeks and no complaints so far. I would call processing speed average, but it's got a nice, big screen and keyboard, plenty of storage, and it meets my needs just fine. Price is right, so I call it a good, functional laptop for the money.
