This laptop performs great in respect to its spec. for home office use Has a comfortable Keyboard layout. Great processor speed for daily use and a decent battery life

Great performance, definitely not slow. I recommend for small businesses and students. I have used multiple heavy programs with multiple screens and had no issue. The only drawback I think it has is that it heats up while on charge and using heavy editing programs. I ordered a heating pad a few days ago. Will write another review if heating problem is solved.

Easy to set up. Solid feeling case. Backlit keyboard. Touch screen interface. Reasonably fast. Surprisingly few built in apps that have to be removed. All in all, a very good purchase.

This Dell Plus 16" Touch Screen Laptop has been excellent so far. The AMD Ryzen AI 7 processor and 32GB of memory make it very fast and smooth, even with multiple programs open. Durable aluminum shell, snappy performance, and an overall competent build. Normally i buy Lenovo due to the performance standard and durability, this is one of the first Dell machines I've walked away with feeling like I was holding a sturdy piece of equipment in quite a while. Kudos to Dell for getting something like this back into an affordable range.

I paid $1,099 for it, but then they dropped the price down to $799, which they price matched two weeks later. Some of the reviews state that the fan is very loud, not on mine. I love the touch screen, and the back lit keyboard. This is my 3rd Dell laptop, and so far each one of them lasted at least 10 years without getting slower, or having any issues. They only reason I upgraded was because my last Dell could not be updated to Windows 11. This is not a gaming laptop, but it's really good for everything else. It has a 16" display with a higher resolution than my last, 1 TB SSD, and 32GB ram, so I don't need to upgrade anything. It's also much thinner and lighter.

I like the feature where your can connect your mobile phone. Since the new Iphone feature right now has only one port. So i can still charge it while on the phone call cause I dont wanna use the airpods or anything via bluetooth, I usually use wired earphones. It also smooth

The computer runs so well. It was so easy to use and I like how it looks. I had a black computer its nice to see the light blue. I love it.

It's an excellent laptop. Very light, nice sized screen with good graphics, and best of all comes with 32 GB memory.

Works great, very fast. Tends to get hot, luckily I have a fan cooling support for it.

Awesome laptop! Solid build and it flies with several processes at the same time. I bought this one to replace an HP laptop. It feels and seems like a better choice already.

I wanted to try a Dell computer, to see how good they are. This one is worth every penny! I own HP, MSI, Apple computers and now this Dell computer. I have to say, the performance on this Dell is as close as a Apple Computer, and for those who know Apple computers, that means a lot! Exellent for personal use or office us. One of my best investments.

Love my laptop, it runs smooth and super quick. Touch screen works great. My only issue is it constantly has security issues where I’m having to restart the drive and enter recovery code which is extremely inconvenient considering I use this laptop for work.

Works great for work and for casual gaming!! Ni lag whatsoever on anything. Big screen and plenty of plugins. Love the touchscreen, even if i dont use it often. The fingerprint is very nice and convenient for quick login.

This is not a gaming PC. But for office tasks, personal finance, bookkeeping, online shopping, etc., it's great. It's sleek, light weight, good battery like...it just works and works very well.
