I absolutely love this Dell. The speed is incredible, the AMD Ryzen AI 7 makes the laptop feel fast, responsive and smooth, even when I have multiple apps open. The touchscreen and 2-in-1 design make it fun to use whether I’m typing, browsing, or watching videos, and switching into tablet mode is effortless. Battery life is very good, easily lasting for long hours without constantly needing a charger. The keyboard feels amazing when typing, very comfortable and satisfying, especially for long work sessions. My favorite part is the size and portability. It’s slim, lightweight, and fits perfectly in all my handbags, so carrying it around is not a hassle at all. This laptop looks premium, performs fast, and is super convenient to travel with. I definitely recommend it.

The Dell - Plus 2-in1 14” FHD+ Touch Screen Laptop with the AMD Ryzen AI 7 PC with 16gigs of Ram is a good pick for someone looking for a work PC or someone that just needs a good Laptop for casual use. It has a pretty good screen with decent brightness and a 1920x1200 resolution. This PC has a CPU with the Ryzen AI 7 350 from the 300 series that is good for multitasking, productivity and multimedia creation. The Graphics Card, however, is an entry-level AMD Radeon 840M. That means the GPU is fine for casual games but not good for power-hungry games that require a good Graphics Processing Unit to get a good frame rate. However, it is a stand-alone graphics card so it uses its own RAM for processing. Additionally, this Laptop has 16 gigs of RAM and a 1 terabyte SSD of the PCI Express type. That means it will be good for transferring large files quickly, along with the CPU this laptop has. As long as the other device has a fast interface you are transferring files to or from you should be able to get work done fairly fast. The Ram is 7500 megahertz as well, which will keep things moving along nicely. I plan on using this for work and it has USB-C ports that send a signal to another screen while being charged from that screen's power connection through the same USB-C cable at the same time. Also, because it is a 2in1 and a touchscreen, so it can be used as a tablet as well with its own built-in stand. Just fold it over and you're good to go for watching a movie. I have more powerful laptops with better screens, but I feel like this Dell AMD laptop is a great choice for anyone looking for a good laptop in this price range. The color is great and it is a good-looking compact 2in1 laptop.

Excellent performance. Works well with virtualized (thinstalled) apps as well as apps installed in the Operating system. It ran hot at first when it was downloading and installing Microsoft updates, to the point where i was worried the plastic underneath could melt. Propped it up to keep the vents clear. After all the drivers were installed, I have not seen it run anywhere near hot like that again. Battery life is decent too (easily lasting overnight streaming video).

This PC performs well for school or office use. The 1TB SSD is sufficient for normal document storage as well as a decent amount of multimedia. The processor is beefy enough to handle any processing task, even some decent gaming though the video card renders it a good at best gaming option. Got this on sale which made it an exceptional value though admittedly at full price might have considered other options at that price which include better specs like screen and weight. Also, the number of USB-C ports for charging as well as video other functions are exceptional for a laptop.

The Dell - Plus 2-in-1 14" FHD with touch-screen laptop, including AMD Ryzen processor, AI 7 350 Copilot with 16GB Memory, and 1TB SSD in midnight blue has been a tale of 2 stories for me, good and not so good. The not so good hit me at the git go. I have been working with this machine for a while so that I can give a fair assessment for these purposes. The box comes with the actual unit and the electric charging cord with its transformer. Essentially, no user manual or user guide is sent and there is a QR code to scan to get further information on setup. Aesthetically, the midnight blue is very nice and the unit is thin, stealth-like, and since it is lightweight this laptop is very easy to manage and transport.
I am a 66-year-old with no IT experience and use this computer for the normal day to day stuff, including email, internet surfing, entertainment, etc. I am not a gamer. The setup process is quite seamless and easy, or so I thought. I do not know if this is only me, but I did not see or experience the email icon to link my email accounts in the setup. I spent a lot of time trying to find it through the settings, or the list of preloaded apps and could never find it. So I went to the app store and downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird and downloaded that and then linked my email account. Strike 1.
So, I did wind up having to do the setup process 2x because something weirder than weird happened to me. After doing setup 1, I closed the laptop and then reopened it the next morning and a very strange screen appeared, one that I have never seen before. There was a BitLocker Recovery Screen message and every way that I tried to right this wrong failed and in the end I wrangled with the machine and did a factory reset, thus setup #2. Luckily, after that, I was able to log on again and get a "normal" screen. I was shocked because the setup#1 to me went well- I had successfully logged in and linked to my Microsoft account, getting my Office Suite of programs, as well, as syncing this laptop not only to my mobile phone, but my other computers so that this desktop had the same folders and files. I did contact the Insider Tech Team and was given a contact at Dell who immediately responded back to me. She said that typically, if a BitLocker recovery screen appears, it's because Windows detected a possible security issue with the device, such as an unauthorized user trying to access data on the device. I am an only user and never entered any other possible or authorized user. She then told me that if the recovery key doesn't work, performing a factory reset, as I did was a way to regain access to the device. She also said that this type of situation is not usually indicative of a hardware issue, which was my main concern. She then told me that I could also try disable BitLocker by following steps: Go to Control Panel > BitLocker Drive Encryption > Click on "Turn off BitLocker" for the drive that's encrypted > Follow the prompts to turn off BitLocker > Restart the device. So, I do not know if I had a corrupted OS installed, but this has never happened again, that is why I have waited some time before writing this review.
I really do like many of the features loaded on this machine, such as the touch screen and the AI Copilot, but I am a little bit leery because of what happened at setup#1 and for the fact that an email app was not preloaded on this machine.

I use this computer for a degree program. I installed statistical software and work with large-ish data sets and it still runs plenty fast. I like that its small and i can bring it around with me without feeling like i'm hauling a ton of bricks. My kids also play games on it - the whole family is enjoying this laptop.

I actually just did a review on the first laptop I bought, not realizing it was the one I returned. THIS is the one I am keeping. The first was very small and did not have the number pad, so I returned it and paid the extra for this one. It is very easy to use. The touch while typing is wonderful, AND it has the number pad, which is really important with the various activities I am involved in. The number one thing that I did not think I would use is the touch screen. I have always used a wireless mouse and had planned on continuing. However, today, I forgot to bring it with me. I thought I would not be able to work but then remembered it, tried it out and am absolutely LOVING it! I can't believe how easy it is and I will be using it on a daily basis. Thank you so, SO much!

I didnt even realize this laptop had 16 cores. At least I think it said 8 but when using MCafee the processor was showing 16 cores. The battery life is long and the speed is fast, new to me because im always dealing with slow loading times and bad RAM

This chip is enough for very intensive tasks and this laptop being Copilot plus for AI is such a good plus. I use it mostly for college. The only thing I hate is it has 60 hz display.

My old laptop crashed and I needed a replacement with faster processing and tons of storage. Working well so far, and I like that it's smaller and much lighter than my old one.

This computer is compact, powerful, and capable. We appreciate the discounted price and tax savings. I did recommend it and have friends who bought two of them after my endorsement.

I got the Dell plus 2 in 1 on sale for $600 and I would say that it is worth that cost, however, I would not buy this at its regular salepoint. There are better 2 in 1s for 1k. My major complaint is the screen. For it being 2025, the resolution should be better. The laptop is also heavy considering its designed to be used at a 2 in 1 and the fan is loud. It also does get hot. I am using this mainly to play the sims 4 so this isnt a deal breaker for me. I would recommend this for light laptop users. It can handle most games, and the download speeds are very fast. Its fine to stream Netflix on. I do not know if i would get this to used in tablet mode.

It fold all the way around like an ipad. It’s a nice size very compact but slightly heavy. Seems durable. I love the touchscreen feature. Although the mouse area sometimes doesn’t work or maybe user error. It seems like it gets stuck down sometimes but could be me. Overall I love this computer. Great for my college essays and long hours I have to spend on it in a day of classes.
