    I'm so sad to report I hate this laptop. I'll admit for the 1st time I bought an open box laptop, but it stated it was in excellent condition. It is very slow. My 6 year old laptop was much faster. I can't stand Windows 11 and would never have replaced it if I hadn't been forced. I'm so disappointed. Everything is such a hassel.

    Laptop is great, i feel I was scammed on price and warranty package. I hope to retun and buy the same laptop on Dell's website. I have made multiple attempts to comtact Best Buy and get stor le is closed messages when i call and told in text texh support they cannot help.

    Given to me used, dirty and damaged inside the box when I bought a new one. Had to travel from Pueblo, Co. to Co. Springs Co. twice because of their screw-up! Not a happy camper.

    The quality of this product is amazing! High resolution along with no lags makes content creation, gaming, and streaming smooth and easy. The compact size also makes it super easy to carry and transport. The light up keyboard is also such a must, especially when working in darker conditions. Overall great product, highly recommend!
