I love this smaller laptop. Great for general tasks and can handle multitasking with lots of apps open for work etc. only issue and I bought another laptop but kept this as wife’s work laptop. I do some calculation analysis and 3d finite element analysis and 3d modeling that this computer just couldn’t handle all that well with the integrated graphics card. Some was ok but my volume and expectation of results was not being met. That said I upgraded to 5070 GC on larger laptop that is heavy, runs warm, and batteries suck compared to this Dell - which runs it all great, but If I could get the performance out of this dell, which it was NOT built for, I’d want to use the dell, this computer. Every time.

Very happy with the laptop. I bought this for my son for his college. He loves it. The only thing is it does not have the slot for cable lock. Otherwise, it's a good value for your money.

I have always loved Dell products and this oe is no different. Easy to use, great speed with multiple tabs open - which allows me to work on several items at once. Very portable

I’ve been using this laptop for a month now. It’s fast has good RAM and comes with 1 TB storage. Sufficient for my daily work as a grad student. The backlit keyboard is awesome. Battery life is good so far. Worth every penny!

This is a good buy and I am enjoying the laptop every, I have it hooked up to two screens and its great. I cannot believe it took me this long to change my laptop, And Best buy had the right deal for my pocket. So far so good. Dell makes great products. even the feel of the keyboard is better than other machines. Very fast. The copilot key makes is really easy to access it. Touch screen works great. I don’t need a super oled screen, so the price point is great

This 14” 2-in-1 Laptop is a win win product. Super fast with lots of memory. The battery life is great but it’s still new. Setup was simple and using Copilot+ makes work easy. It’s a good size for travel and the best part was I bought it and weeks later it went on sale and since I have BestBuy Plus membership, I received the refund.

Well functioning mid range laptop - it's your standard day to day workhorse. I use mine in tent mode exclusively and have a separate keyboard - if you were traveling with it constantly, you might opt for another dell model with a more consistent feeling keyboard. I was able to swap my m.2 2230 into it easily, caution that the material can scratch somewhat easy, so use plastic to gently open case.

Nice size for college student, great power for the price and touch screen excellent feature.

Very similar to my work laptop so it's perfect. I had a great laptop but it was too but and almost 10 years old so i was ready for a more maintainable one.
