    I am not a computer wiz. Had to upgrade from 6 year old Dell Inspiron. Still getting familiar with pc, no show stoppers, just little things. Startup seems slow. Key board doesn’t light up until After I touch it. Still learning.

    wasn't happy that the keyboard didn't work, had to return to the store and it was corrected quickly. Apparently, Dell hasn't got any quality control being performed on their computers anymore.
