Love the backlit keyboard and keyboard layout. Fast, bright, and enjoy the fingerprint reader for quick access. The AI features are top notch and easy to set up. The battery life is great for on the go.

We were replacing a windows 10 dell machine from 2016. So far we really like near everything about the windows 11 dell machine we bought EXCEPT it won't play MP4 and MP3 files. It is quiet, it starts up quickly, it runs very fast, and we used Best Buy's data transfer to set it up, which helped hugely. We are pleased with the upgrade to what appears to be a huge improvement (well, if one uses a 9 year old machine, what does one expect). We just wish it would play mp3 and mp4 files (grrrrrr). I'm sorry to say we don't recall our sales person's name, but he was terrific and I wish I could recall it and mention him.

So far it is a good Laptop. I am not thrilled with the graphics which I should have checked out before I bought it. However, everything else, the speed, memory and so forth is great.

Great communication from Best Buy; shipping updates were provided regularly; shipped and received promptly. Once received, easy to set up, high-quality, fast, and perfect for my work and home needs.

First of all, the Best Buy sales team was fantastic and knowledgeable about many platforms. They were able to suggest this Dell laptop as a solution to my need for professional presentations. This is such a well-designed and powerful laptop. It connects to the weakest Wi-Fi signal and holds on to it with a grip. The display is crisp, and there was no lag when I connected to Bucknell University's AV system through the built-in HDMI port. I will buy one of these for my Bride soon.

Laptop I got was what I needed, with good speed and clarity .

I have zero complaints about this laptop. I’m using it for a small business and it’s perfect. Screen size, processor speed, and the fact that it’s convertible is outstanding.

The computer seems to work well, other than Windows 11 glitches (had to reboot to unfreeze it quite a few times in the first month). I had to do setup by myself as the Geek Squad would only help if I gave up my new and old laptop for 5-7 days, which wasn't an option, they don't do "in person" help anymore, so I'll be canceling my subscription next year. In addition, last time I had them load things, it wasn't complete. The laptop keyboard area sags if my cat walks across it, so it doesn't feel as "beefy" as my old one but is only slightly lighter weight. Not a big fan of Windows 11 but had to go that route to keep using other software. I do like the improved graphics, but considering how many generations newer the "brain" is - I'm surprised it isn't faster - probably Win 11 issues.

Good laptop, powerful and can be turned into a tablet by flipping the screen back, for the money this thing packs a punch!

Love this computer, it does everything I expected it to do. I run a small business with it and it is super fast therefor more productivity
