They completed the job quickly and I am extremely happy with my purchase. They gave me a small refund for the old computer. All in all great everything!

This is my third 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop by Dell. It is great for working, playing or having fun on social media. It is by far the best computer I've ever had. And, at Best Buy in Altamonte Springs has great customer service and are a joy to do business with. The bonus is they over one year no interest.

This laptop was purchased as a gift for a relative. Very happy with its features and performance especially for the discounted price I was able to acquire it for. The Copilot integration is super helpful for their uses and general research. Although the chassis is not as rigid as I would like, it is adequate for most uses - don’t expect Apple quality materials here.

Good laptop, powerful and can be turned into a tablet by flipping the screen back, for the money this thing packs a punch!

This laptop was purchased as a gift and did not disappoint. it was very easy to set up and the touchscreen is very nice.

The computer seems to work well, other than Windows 11 glitches (had to reboot to unfreeze it quite a few times in the first month). I had to do setup by myself as the Geek Squad would only help if I gave up my new and old laptop for 5-7 days, which wasn't an option, they don't do "in person" help anymore, so I'll be canceling my subscription next year. In addition, last time I had them load things, it wasn't complete. The laptop keyboard area sags if my cat walks across it, so it doesn't feel as "beefy" as my old one but is only slightly lighter weight. Not a big fan of Windows 11 but had to go that route to keep using other software. I do like the improved graphics, but considering how many generations newer the "brain" is - I'm surprised it isn't faster - probably Win 11 issues.

Excellent product for a great price. Performance is good though I wish battery life was a little better.

I needed a new laptop and have always purchased Dell laptops. This one didn't let me down. I decided to get the 16" screen which is great and the keyboard comes with a number pad. This laptop can be used as a standard laptop or a tablet.

Love it! Great size and processing speed. Large monitor. Perfect for majoring in business and finance in college.
