Works great for me as a college student. Has all the features I need for school. I’m not too good with laptops or computers but it is easy for me to use. Great quality as well. I highly recommend. I also love the touchscreen feature.

I knew what I was looking for go in, and this laptop meets my expectations. Very easy set up. Very responsive with plenty of storage for household needs with vibrant, clear display. Love the touchscreen and easy to use keyboard with numerical keypad. Awesome flexibility to use as a pad as well.

I love it! i read some of the negative reviews about weight, size, but decided to buy it anyway. I love it, it is not heavy, runs/responds quickly and is just the right size for travel to sites or staying in one place. So far, nothing bad to say about it.

I am not very qualified to review computers. I use them for basics and not work. This computer is a good size even though my old laptop was very large. Not made in that size now. As a new computer it is very fast. What i dont like, in general, is much of what i did on the old laptop is rendered useless. Ex: my Canon camera uses and SD card. The new computer doesnt accept SD cards nor CD/DvD. More $ to be spent trying to get things to work. I have thousands of photos in the SD cards. Now have to buy a card reader and the camera apps no longer work. Progress is one thing but making things useless that i use all the time is a big inconvenience.

Works great for all my needs. I work from home and do a lot of online research and write reports using Word.

I am very with my new Dell Plus. My previous laptop was also a Dell and it served me very well but was out of date, and needed replacement. The Geek Squad helped with a smooth transition. Very satisfied!

Exactly what you’re looking for in a computer. Fast, great battery life, good quality

I have always been a fan of Dell laptops. The 2 in 1 version is so reliable and adaptable. But, I came to Best Buy that day to get my old Dell repaired. John, in Tech, and especially Jesse, in sales, helped me understand that getting my old laptop repaired was not a good economic option. I am always so impressed with your knowledgeable and friendly Geeks.

We literally were in and out in 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon December nonetheless. A Best Buy employee asked what we were looking for. We explained we wanted a laptop for a 12 year old boy who technically wants a gaming computer but parents want a computer that will be school and gaming friendly. He led us to this, explained it was the best of both worlds and it truly has. It has allowed him enough gaming speed and also utilizing Microsoft, and other platforms for school work. Set up was easy, it’s portable, and we’ve had no issues so far.

Excellent choice to replace a lower end model we regretted buying from a different store. This has been a far better choice!

Love the touch screen, crisp pictures, love that I can use it as a lap top and a tablet, it has really good sound and it has the 10 key numbers which are a must have for me.

The computer is fast and the software loads quickly. Intuitive as the system guides you through trouble shooting. Very good computer for the price. I use my computer for personal use shopping, researching and paying bills online. Everything thing I need for a home computer.

Bought this laptop to replace an older desktop at our cottage. This way I can transport it back home. Convenient and easy to use.

I received excellent advice from my sales person, especially getting the warranty! I mentioned that I would be starting law in the Fall, so he met my needs with recommending a laptop I would not have to replace anytime soon. I love my new laptop :-)
