I had an old laptop, so I was surprised to get a touch screen along with a mouse with this computer. It is much lighter and faster than my old computer. This was definitely a step up!

I got one for me and my daughter liked it so much I got one for her and we both love them.

Good Laptop with touch screen and amazing audio also a smooth keyboard

This computer is absolutely great. The screen is humongous and it’s crystal clear. There is no lag input when playing games. It’s also great for business and school work. All around, great computer.

I love my Dell this far, I'm not crazy about having to go into settings to turn off the touchpad.My old Lenovo had a F hot key that I could turn it on and off and the blank of an eye, and ditto for airplane mode to turn off the internet. Otherwise i love it!!

I wanted an easy to use, basic laptop, and this fits my needs. It took a little while to set up, but seems to be working out well for me. It doesn't have enough plugs for things like a mouse, an extra monitor, etc., so I will have to buy an adapter.

It is a very good product. I am happy with it. The only thing that I would change is to add another USB portal, it only has one and if I want to connect an external mouse and an external hard disk, I can't do both at the same time.

Happy with the purchase. Good value for the price paid.

So far I am happy with my new computer. I am sure I will learn the ins and outs of it more completely in time

This is a fantastic computer works better than I expected meets all my needs.

I bought this laptop since my previous one was unable to install Windows 11. My former laptop was a Dell and I was very happy with it. After researching different makes and models, I decided on this one. I'm very happy with the purchase! I've had it 6 weeks now and although Windows 11 has things laid out differently, I was able to navigate somewhat easily. The light up keyboard is really nice and having the numbers at the side has been a game changer since I input a lot of numbers. The touch screen option has been helpful as well, although I don't use that as much. It is very responsive. I would definitely buy this laptop computer again and recommend it to others.

It works perfect for my everyday life and some gaming also of course playing games makes the Battery fly but over all it has a great battery

The processor is fast, had some trouble with printing issues with my wife in the beginning when using Excel
