Purchased this as a new personal laptop (first new computer purchase in over 10 years). Got this on sale and from the design, speed and price, this laptop is excellent and does not disappoint. Highly recommend!!!

PC was a gift to a young lady who has never owned a new PC. She needed her own PC to assist her husband with a side business. The PC has a NPU (Neural Processing Unit) which will help with demanding tasks while having great battery life. Her response was “This thing is fast!” Thanks to the Best Buy associate for the recommendation.

I'm very happy with this laptop's performance. The screen is a perfect size, and the colors are bright and true. I am especially happy that it has a numeric keypad. It was reasonably priced, and I expect it will prove to be of good value.

So far so good. Amazing graphics. Display is crip. Can navigate very quickly and handle multiple tasks as once with ease. Love the backlit keyboard and the # pad. Touchscreen and 2 in 1 feature is fantastic!

I've traditionally been a Lenovo person, but Dell really did a great job with this laptop. I love it! The Copilot+ features are a great addition and it's been performing wonderfully.

If you like to play game, this is the best laptop. I love it. Strong and smooth. Battery is always the thing to concern, but this is last very long. Should have it.

Very good computer! I have only had it for about a month, but am very impressed. I had a $1600 HP for 6 years that gave up completely. This laptop, I honestly, like better. Again, it has only been about 4 weeks, but I love it.

Only had the laptop a few weeks but it's been good for work. Runs microsoft office well and imagej though neither are intensive programs. Haven't pushed it yet so we'll see as time goes on.

My new Dell 16” computer is easy to set up and navigate. Love the lightweight while using it on my lap. I will always choose Dell.
