Dell laptop has been great so far. Needed to replace a 9 year old HP. Windows 11 included.

I didn't know i needed a new laptop until i purchased this and powered it up. Very fast startup and really works great

Great computer, easy to set up and migrate. This is so much nicer than my old (2018) computer. I did not realize how technology had advanced till I set this computer up.

Its been great so far. No issues. The tablet functionality is a really nice feature. It has plenty of RAM and CPU horsepower for a typical college students everday use

Overall good deal. Two drawbacks: there’s only one USB port and my audio output is working when switching between virtual meetings and editing software. I look the keyboard backlight and touchscreen.

love the new Dell touch screen laptop. Everyone on the geek squad was very helpful and made sure I had everything on my computer that I need for my up coming school semester.

I haven't had much time to use the computer yet, but so far I am satisfied with it. I know I will enjoy it more as I become more familiar with using it.

A perfect laptop for school and work. The backlit keyboard is perfect for working late into the night and the display and imagery are clear and crisp.

could use atleast one more USB port but other than that its a great laptop. Keys are sized so I dont get a lot of typos, LOTS of internal memory

I am very with my new Dell Plus. My previous laptop was also a Dell and it served me very well but was out of date, and needed replacement. The Geek Squad helped with a smooth transition. Very satisfied!
