I recently started using my new Dell laptop, and overall, it’s been a solid upgrade. Performance: The laptop handles multitasking smoothly. Apps open quickly, and switching between work tools, browsing, and streaming feels effortless.

PC was a gift to a young lady who has never owned a new PC. She needed her own PC to assist her husband with a side business. The PC has a NPU (Neural Processing Unit) which will help with demanding tasks while having great battery life. Her response was “This thing is fast!” Thanks to the Best Buy associate for the recommendation.

Had a great and an exceptional experience using this laptop soon after buying from Best Buy store in Pentagon city. The screen looks very bright and vibrant that I wanted. Enjoying the speed once I click on anyting - brings me faster. The sound I like very much, very clear and loud, when I watch movies and songs. The best thing I like is the battery life. It surprized me! Lasting very long time. I had always a complaint regarding my past laptops I bought. They did not meet my requirements and expectations. I am so far enjoing and satisfied with this laptop.

We were replacing a windows 10 dell machine from 2016. So far we really like near everything about the windows 11 dell machine we bought EXCEPT it won't play MP4 and MP3 files. It is quiet, it starts up quickly, it runs very fast, and we used Best Buy's data transfer to set it up, which helped hugely. We are pleased with the upgrade to what appears to be a huge improvement (well, if one uses a 9 year old machine, what does one expect). We just wish it would play mp3 and mp4 files (grrrrrr). I'm sorry to say we don't recall our sales person's name, but he was terrific and I wish I could recall it and mention him.

First of all, the Best Buy sales team was fantastic and knowledgeable about many platforms. They were able to suggest this Dell laptop as a solution to my need for professional presentations. This is such a well-designed and powerful laptop. It connects to the weakest Wi-Fi signal and holds on to it with a grip. The display is crisp, and there was no lag when I connected to Bucknell University's AV system through the built-in HDMI port. I will buy one of these for my Bride soon.

Very good computer! I have only had it for about a month, but am very impressed. I had a $1600 HP for 6 years that gave up completely. This laptop, I honestly, like better. Again, it has only been about 4 weeks, but I love it.

I have zero complaints about this laptop. I’m using it for a small business and it’s perfect. Screen size, processor speed, and the fact that it’s convertible is outstanding.

So far it is a good Laptop. I am not thrilled with the graphics which I should have checked out before I bought it. However, everything else, the speed, memory and so forth is great.

I've traditionally been a Lenovo person, but Dell really did a great job with this laptop. I love it! The Copilot+ features are a great addition and it's been performing wonderfully.

Great computer! The touch screen is fun, the picture is super clear. The keyboard is very sensitive, as are all laptop keyboards. Super happy with this purchase.
